I went inside for 5 minutes and there was a knock on the door and David and his son had fixed the gate!! David was taught by his Dad how to build custom fences and now he has his own company with 10 full time employees. Matt told me he would come back to complete the work, but despite multiple text messages from my husband and me, as well as an email regarding an invoice discrepancy ($500 listed instead of the $540 I paid), the issue was never resolved. There were also other problems with the work. Tile around my bathtub was removed to inspect a faucet and was never put back, and one of the fence pickets that was repaired has already fallen off. Before leaving this review, I contacted the business through Yelp to give them one final opportunity to address these issues. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of follow-through and communication. I simply wanted the work I paid for to be completed or the $40 refunded, but neither happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I could have spent hours wondering around. The outdoor space is huge and set up with pathways. It was incredible! If you're looking for garden statues, you will find something you love. They have everything from animals, gnomes, dinosaurs, aliens, flowers and all types of things. They have benches, gliders and swings that are extremely sturdy made out of hardwood. Very high quality. There is every size planter you can image. They even had wood burning stoves! The plants and trees were fantastic! They had such reasonable prices on trees. We purchased 4 trees 5 years ago from a nursery in Dallas and the trees at Roland's were bigger and at the 2021 price we paid back in the day! You can tell the employees love what they do and rally care about taking care of the plants. Everyone seemed happy and asked us several times if we needed help.
