Overall a very solid experience. We always take our cars here when we want to take it up a notch from the Holiday Express Wash sites. They have a big waiting area with plenty of seating and newspapers while you wait. I have always found the people here very friendly. Especially the guys that hand dry your vehicle before you drive away. I do wish for the $19.95 option that they would at least vacuum out your car. That would bump them up a star in my opinion. read more

This was my second time coming to Sunshine Carwash, the first didn't go well but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Second time not impressed either... I purchased the Sunshine #2 wash, which was a vacuum and wash. Price was $27 and some change. My car was dirty from driving on gravel roads, I figured hey they'll be able to take care of it. The job was rushed, gravel left on car mats, films of dirt left on car, door jams not wiped out, rims barely cleaned. Pictures included below. I have had an account for monthly washes. There was a missed payment which froze the account. I was told the account was closed. I quit using this car wash. I reviewed my bank statements and found they have been charging my account this whole year. When I confronted the business, I was told that is just the way it is. Hard for me to write this review. Sunshine has always been a local favorite. I observed new touch less auto-wash equipment in use, fewer workers and first time through my truck was less clean. There was dirt film on the body and when I pointed it out, the help simply whipped it off. Excuse me, there are dirt particles in there. Years ago I would have been offered a rewash. Sunshine offers a reasonable amount of options from exterior only to exterior/interior. I'd like to see a mega-undercarriage option offered for a fee during winter months to reduce salt/chemical build up. Access is way in back making it hard to gauge the line. The line forms in back and routes through a parking lot. Cars parked in the parking area make it difficult to get out of line if the wait is too long. Move the damn limo. I continue to use Sunshine because of the convenient location. But I often hit a Mister Wash because the quality. read more

I paid $18 for a "Full" Cleaning Service. Exterior wasn't cleaned completely. They didn't even bother to wipe down the inside. Huge waste of money! I'll be spreading this information. I typically go to Mister Carwash on HWY 7 and Blake Road. I wish I had just gone there. I will never return here. read more

Clean, friendly and even offered a military discount! They were able to clean off at least a million bugs that I murdered driving in from South Dakota. My white car was black and they returned it to its original color. Great job by this tunnel car wash! I'll be back this summer! read more

This is absolutely the WORST carwash you could ever bring your car to. I should have learned my lesson the first time that my car was damaged. After the first incident where car parts were left in pieces all over the carwash. The manager Renee came and took pictures and assured me that the manager would call me. After several weeks of left messages I gave up, my initial repair was over $300. Needless to say they got off the hook on that one. After a terrible experience you would think that I would have learned my lesson. It was over 9 mos since the last incident but I tried again. And once again, SEVERE BODY DAMMAGE... I just got my car washed at Sunshine Carwash. They do not do a very good job washing our cars, but they are really convenient to our home, so we still stop in here every now and then. Not anymore. Today, after leaving the carwash, I realized that one of their employees stole out of my car. It was only a $40 item, so it's not the end of the world, but it's such a violation of trust when you let them into your car. I should add that there is no doubt that one of there employees stole it. I had literally just put it in there just before driving over there from several blocks away, and it gone when I got back in the car after they had finished drying it. I was pissed enough that I called the police. They came over to write a report. I got the impression this wasn't the first time this has happened here. This was my first time going to this car wash and I can absolutely say it will be my last. I feel like I literally paid them $35 for them to hose down my car when I requested the deluxe package. I don't even believe they cleaned the inside of my car except to shake out my rug mats. There was no dusting, hardly any vacuuming. There are still dirt spots all over my bumpers and my windows are not clean. When I got into my car to drive away and took a look around in disbelief - the worst thing about it was there was nobody there they could understand me that I could complain to about the lack of services provided. There are many other car washes, save yourself the money and the pain and do not go here because now I'm going to have to go to a different car wash and pay just to get the services that I need initially need it. Went to Sunshine on 7/18/18. I very strongly suggest never going to this car wash. The wash was just fine, the service was horrendous. They stole money and personal items from my truck and when I asked them about it, I was sworn at, threatened and told too bad nothing we can do about it now. I went to the Sunshine Detailing center to talk with management. They asked for my number and the owner will call you. I gave them 10 hours to call and nothing. I m very particular about my car and I only wish there was a car wash closer because i would cancel my unlimited in a heart beat. If its busy forget about getting what you pay for. The staff would rather sit then wipe the door jams or lift the tail gate and wipe that out. They rarely blow out the mirrors or trunk. Never once have they gone out of the way to do anything extra. I purchased the Deluxe wash for $24.95. They did a terrible job. I had to ask them to clean the wheels (this was supposed to be part of the wash and they didn't do it) and had to ask them to clean the cup holders (again, it was suppose to be done and they didn't do it). About an hour later I opened the trunk and it was clearly not vacuumed, which I had paid extra for. The vents were also not wiped down. The only plus was the manager who seemed appalled by the shoddy work that had happened and he personably vacuumed the trunk and wiped down the interior. Likewise with other recent reviews, I was impressed with the level of friendly service, but not impressed with the work. The car was overall very clean and looked good, but I just paid $24.95 rather than the basic $13 service in order to get my back seats vacuumed from moderate dog hair, and the seats look like they weren't touched, or minimally vacuumed. It was disappointing, but if I just needed a minor cleaning, or exterior only cleaning, I would definetely go back. The prices are reasonable. read more

We've now taken two cars to Sunshine to get detailed and the results were fabulous. Jack, the new owner, is working SOO hard to make the service the best - and the results show it. So well worth the money to have your car looking like new inside and out. One of the cars we took in was very dirty and had internal upholstery that held the smell of cigarette smoke. Jack's crew did extra work on this one - and it looks and smells great. He also did extra work on the second car when a scratch was found and took it out beautifully. Will never go back... This place has gone downhill the past few years. They don't pay any attention to detail and don't even do everything you pay for. They have crappy towels that have been used thousands of time.. And when you call the out on not doing the things you paid for they look at you like your crazy. Hello Spring....and the clear need to wash/vacuum/wipe away the nastiness of winter! And, how fabulous to find one that is not self-service, is open evenings/weekends, and is reasonably priced! I stopped by this car wash at 4:50 on a Sunday afternoon and got the #3 (basic wash and interior clean)...and I am so happy that I did. I can't say that the cleaning was perfect (I got the basic service after-all), but at the same time I can't wait until I need a cleaning again, so I can try another air freshener next week :) read more
