Upon visiting and meeting the owners, Fred and Renee, I knew it would be a great fit for my alteration needs. Not only am I petite and had a variety of pants, coats, etc. that needed hemmed or modified to be 'ready to wear', but I began a new position and needed formal business attire altered to be office-ready. Renee does a consult for every piece in the mirror with clients, verifies the type of shoes to be worn, asks clarifying questions, and then has the items done within a week or so (perhaps sooner, but so far I haven't needed anything in a rush.) In terms of value, I also believe the pricing to be very affordable and quality. PRO-TIP: be sure to bring either the exact shoes you'll be wearing with pants you want hemmed or similar styles so the length will be accurate. Note: They're closed Sundays & Mondays & open until 4PM so plan accordingly.

I took three pairs of pants to this store to be cleaned and hemmed. When I dropped them off, I was…read moretold that the alterations were sent out, so I expected the work to be done professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case. This is the worst hemming job I have ever seen. One pair of my orange pants was hemmed using bright pink thread, which is clearly visible along the hem. The stitching wasn't even secured properly--it started coming loose while I was standing in the store speaking with the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I would have to wait to speak with the manager, John, because he wasn't in the store that day. After paying $57 to have three pairs of pants hemmed, I now have to pay to have all three pairs redone correctly. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations and the lack of an immediate resolution. Based on my experience I would not use them for alterations.

She was rude from the moment I walked in the door. instead of being apologetic about all my items not being ready she acted as if I did something wrong for coming to pick them up. I can't wait to go back in 2 days to pick up my other shirts especially since I told her I will never be back after I pick up the last of my shirts. so disappointing. I received my dress…read moreback and it had fallen to the bottom of the box creating wrinkles (not part of the design of the dress) and the tape that sealed the box was already falling off. With the state of it I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother to clean the dress. I reached out to customer service to see if we could remedy the situation but they refused to do anything else. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is horribly unprofessional and is undoubtedly scamming people. Their customer service responds once to a complaint and then completely ignores you from there.
