She purposely changes her stories to avoid giving refunds and even sabotages machines to scam customers. On top of that, she washes her own clothes during business hours and just does whatever she wants instead of helping customers. Even worse, she targets Asian customers, treating them unfairly while assisting others. This place is unprofessional and shady. Avoid it at all costs--there are way better laundromats that actually respect their customers.

It happened to me on Washer #1 & I was told that in order for me to get my money back, I must wait for the owner to come & count the money so she can determine how much $ is owed to me.
