She purposely changes her stories to avoid giving refunds and even sabotages machines to scam customers. On top of that, she washes her own clothes during business hours and just does whatever she wants instead of helping customers. Even worse, she targets Asian customers, treating them unfairly while assisting others. This place is unprofessional and shady. Avoid it at all costs--there are way better laundromats that actually respect their customers.

I parked on the street , the parking was full, came inside to check it out and was very impressed. The laundry mat is super clean , the price is reasonable , the washers don't smell , they have a variety of washer machines and dryers. The dryer cost $0.25 for 8 minutes. They have 50 and 30 lb dryers. The also have 60, 40, 30, 20 lbs washers and the regular small load washer. Prices for the washers range from $2.25 to $6.50 . The restroom is very clean and free. I didn't see any homeless or drug users. They have benches to sit outside and inside. It's very fresh inside the laundry mat and either the owners or the worker is constantly going around to sweep and mop. They are open 24 hrs. The daughter of the owner answered my questions , welcomed me for being a first time guest and even gave me free water. I told her that for me, the washers not smelling and being free of mold and lint is a big deal. I don't want my clean clothes smelling . She expressed that the family takes pride in keeping up with the property and making sure the prices are reasonable to keep their regulars happy . That speaks highly of the family. So park on the street or in their lot and check it out! I can't say how I impressed I am of this place hehe. I love, love, love how spacious and clean this place is! Sometimes when I walk into a laundry mat, I get grossed out about how muggy, crowded and dirty a place is, but not here! No dryer sheets or lint balls or roaches (that I've seen)! It is kind of old but I think they have kept it pretty maintained. Not to mention, they have so many trash cans in here, there's no excuse to have trash on the floor! Also, there was a lady here keeping the place up. Thank you for having a nice AC unit and benches all around to sit! Sometimes you have to resort to sitting on the counter but this place has enough for everyone! I know I won't be using the things they have in here but I can definitely appreciate the little nick nacks they put in for entertainment! Rocking horse, candy machines, vending machines for drinks snacks and detergent , 1 video game, 1 claw game, and 2 massage chairs. There seems to be something for kids and adults! I love the price of their decent size machine! 2.75 can wash a decent size load and there are like 20 machines, they also have like 10 or so of the 1.50 machines and some big 8 load machines for 6.00. They have so many sizes and honestly GREAT/FAIRLY priced machines!! The dryer was the make or break for me on whether I gave this place 4 or 5 stars, and as you can see, dryers won the last star! 25 cents for 12 mins dried my load of whites pretty well. I mean I did end up adding two more quarters but I like my clothes super dry and super hot! They also have a lot of dryers too!! I am recommending this place to anyone I know! Love it here!! It happened to me on Washer #1 & I was told that in order for me to get my money back, I must wait for the owner to come & count the money so she can determine how much $ is owed to me. Also the reason for the five stars is the digital banking system. I drive here all the way from Hacienda Heights. The place is clean, brightly lit, and the plaza is in a safe location. All the machines are new and work. My clothes came out clean and dry. All the standard amenities: coin changer, ample space for folding, lots of seating, and a vending machine for laundry supplies. Just no bathroom. Small to XXL machines. Open 6a to 10p (last wash 9p). The machines take card via app! Just follow the instructions on the posters. The app itself can be a bit glitchy so just restart close and restart the app if it acts funky.
