SO RUDE!!!! I went to do my wash and walked in to get quarters, the lady working saw me walk in with my dollars for the coin machine and she stood in front of it BLOCKING me! She asked if I was going to wash and I said YES ( I like to get coins first before bringing in clothes in case the machine is out of order, anyone who does laundry at a mat I'm sure understands ) Then very rudely asks me AGAIN after I had answered!! I understand policy about maybe not just getting coins without washing but I wasn't doing that and don't understand why I was being treated like I was doing something wrong !? That she had to physically block the machine like that? I ended up leaving and doing laundry at another mat since the woman obviously does not know how to treat costumers, asking once is fine but don't treat people like that. I stumbled upon this laundromat while stopping at the market in the same parking lot. Upon looking at the reviews here, it seems like the laundromat is under new owners and they have turned the business around. Upon entering, the friendly attendant asked if it was my first time and if I had any questions. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors, counters and especially the wash machines were the cleanest I've seen in a laundromat. On my second visit, I noticed the attendant wiping down the machines, inside and out. What amazed me was how clean the soap dispensers in the wash machines were. Usually there's a combination of built up soap and fabric softener scum and in many cases mold in the soap dispensers of the places I've been. Not the case here! In addition, every machine was in working order, the first time I've seen that. The prices of the machines are about the same as other places, maybe a bit higher but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay a bit more for better service and quality. If you're looking for a nice laundromat, try Cc's. I think you'll be impressed by this place, I surely am. read more

I personally don't like going to laundry mates that look run down or dirty, and there's a couple in Montebello. I noticed this specific laundry mate was under new management and decided to give it a try. I honestly won't be going anywhere else. It's super convenient for me, I don't have to drive far and George who manages the place is super nice and is willing to help you out with whatever you need. He manages to keep everything super clean!! Even though there's a lot of foot traffic coming and going. I go about once a week and never had an issue. read more

This Laundry place is always clean since I started to come in this laundromat for almost a year. Most of the staff here are all nice. The owners too. They will help you, if you need help with your laundry to carry out to your car. Plus they have a service to do your dirty laundry if you are always tight on schedule. Came here on a Saturday. Found the place to have plenty of washers in multiple sizes; double load, triple load and jumbo load so I was able to get all my laundry done in two loads. The place had plenty of seating and places to fold my clothes and the place was bright and airy due to the large windows. Multiple vending machine that had everything from snacks and drinks to laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Convenient location for me. read more

Thank heaven for new ownership! I'm not sure what the previous review expected as this is a self service laundromat and not a spa! Who comes to a laundromat without change? If the baskets "went out" I don't think they'd be there too long for me and others to use. Regardless, this location has been completely remodeled and looks great. Flat screens while I wait helps pass time and new appliances that actually work vs the other choices/options near by. Cost is in line with other locations and feeling safe never crossed my mind. Mean spirited review previously, even posting a video saying there is no water being released EXCEPT how did the soap appear foaming throughout? My review: Thank you to whomever remodeled this location, I'll be coming back weekly. I've never had to wait here and I can't tell you how much that means. Arriving to do laundry and having to wait or reschedule your day isn't ideal especially when you have kids and have to keep a schedule. This is a hidden gem that I doesn't get too busy. Trust me, I've searched and used other locations close by. This location has plenty of places to eat and a park if you have to entertain your children. My first time here. First off, there's no one here attending. I had to go next door to look for change. They have a change machine but you only get quarters wether you put in $1 or $20. One of their change machine was out of service. I had to carry all my laundry in because their baskets don't go out. They don't have restrooms. They do have a sink but no paper towels to use. They have 2 flat-screen tvs and vending machines. You can tell they have new and old machine. I decided to use the new ones. I don't know why, but once I loaded and started all my loads, no water seemed to be filling the washers. Through out the whole 36 minutes wash, it seemed like the washer only released a couple liters of water. My clothes even came out feeling dry. Which made drying cheaper cause it only needed one spin. But even then, I feel as if my clothes weren't washed right. The place didn't have a safe feel to it, either. It seems like a place where hoodlums hang out, especially in the back area. Including an older man drinking a beer can in a brown paper bag. It has a front and back door, so you see many people walk in and out as a short cut to the other shops. Came here for the first time last week at around 8:00pm. Lots of newer machines at good prices. There were TV's to watch while I was there and snack machines if I needed a pick me up. The place was very clean and the owner was even there cleaning until closing which made me feel a little more safe. Lots of space available to fold laundry when it came out of the dryer. Great job by the new owner cleaning the place up. I will definitely be coming back here again! read more

I watched as 1 of my washers literally spun with perhaps about a water bottle worth of water in it, 90% of my clothes was DRY!! It's horrible here!
