Where do I begin...... we had scheduled facials and massage and when we got there she said it could be one or the other because we can't go over 1 hour. I did a couples massage with my sister and my massage was by Nan she was great! Nan really got into it she even got on the massage table and really got in there. My sister had another lady and she felt like the person doing her massage was not really into it she kept looking at the time and wasn't really massaging her just kind of brushing her. So this is where the worst part is my mom my sister and I went in for massages my mom and I really enjoyed ours so we tipped our massager but since my sister didn't really enjoy her massage she didn't leave a tip. OMG!!! I'm you wouldn't believe it the manager was so mad and I as trying to make us tip I asked if tipping was mandatory and she wouldn't answer me we then left and the lady who we didn't tip followed behind us and stoop at the door watching us leave. I had a fantastic massage done today. I bought a Groupon for a 75 minute hot stone and back scrub massage. It was absolutely fabulous. She did an amazing job relieving a lot of tight spots, and helping me fully relax. I was pleasantly surprised to see some stretching incorporated into the massage. She stretched my shoulders and my hips, exactly where I hold my tension and pain. From massaging my scalp and face, all the way down to my toes, it was amazing. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Coco today. What a talented lady! I was really tight in my shoulders, neck and upper back and after she worked those areas deeply, she placed hot stones in those areas and it felt really soothing. We did a 75-min Couples massage and enjoyed a relaxing experience. We were able to share a room together in which both masseuses seemed to bring in hot stones, exfoliators, etc. at the same time so we could have the experience together. The rooms were not sound proof, however. They were separated walls, so if a phone ring went off for example, it was very audible. It might behoove the spa to look into sound proof means or relaxing spa music in the future. Overall, some good massages! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would . First I go to the bathroom and there is a sign that the toliet is not operating for "Poopoo" and only for "Peepee". My massage starts I got the 75min body massage with hot rocks and scrub . It started with the back portion and the masseuse climbs ontop of the table and stradles my head to massage my back which was more like a chiropractor trying to pull and tug and crack your back Vs a nice and gentle massage . I was in disbelief that my masseuse was climbing ontop of the climb to massage me the first time but every time she went to go to my back which was slim she would climb back onto the table straddling my head . Talk about gross and uncomfortable. The whole reason why I came in for a massage today was to focus on my problem areas (back , neck , shoulders ) and although I told her that she continued to spend more and more time on my legs and arms . This is clearly under new ownership. I went in for a massage... they had me pay first which I thought was weird. Then they took me to this room with a massage table. The massage table has a price of mesh on top of a sheet (protective barrier?? Does that mean they don't launder the sheet underneath?) scary thought. I undressed and laid down under a nearly see through top sheet. Massage started with aggressive rubbing over the sheet. Then an odd pattern of massage techniques...then the lady had me turn over. Upon doing so, I saw the door was open... that's right open. Remember, I was undressed and covered by a thin sheet. Not cool. Honestly I'll never go back. It felt icky. It was expensive for what I got and quite frankly a waste of time and money. I felt I needed a shower after because it was so weird, questionable cleanliness and massage techniques. It was more like the quality of the reflexology massage for $25, except those places feel clean. read more
