The house was such that you could only drive up to the garage which was on the bottom of three floors. Then there was an area that they were selling cement lawn ornaments half way down the narrow drive. They instruct their help to absolutely not help Due to liability. Okay, I can accept that and at 74, I loaded my own concrete items with the help of another customer. What I really had a problem with is their refusal to move a shelf within their own facility from the top floor to the basement for pick up. I'm sure they moved many items around the house and I don't see the liability and it's very poor customer service. The woman who was in charge was very abrupt and not friendly. So, I will not be going to their sales in the future.

Need I say, once bitten by the 'home reduction' sales, it never leaves. At least not for me & my family. As so, I think we're qualified to make a reasonably good judgement about how this sale was handled. Everything from cleanliness, plenty of helpers, to very well marked prices, was evident from the moment we stepped in to the premises. Prices were fair & then marked down as expected on the last day. We purchased our 'must have' items on the first day & then, the next day, bought what we liked that was still there, if still there, we were supposed to have it. lol Thats some logic for you, but you know what I mean. The first day we took home a full car load & then had to return with the pickup truck for the rest. The second day, we stuffed the car to the point that I don't think we could have fit in another pair of socks! It was a truly wonderful, fun, time for us all & we're having such fun going through our 'loot'. We're impressed with how this sale was hosted to the point that we made sure to go online to leave this comment & also to get on the mailing list so we are aware of all sales from Elizabet Ann's Estate Sales
