Cleared the house out but was not very communicative about the scheduling and process.

He is THE estate sale expert! Kevin's prices are the best in town. He sells almost 100% of everything he has every weekend and I've bought many things I didn't even intend to just because the price was right. Both he and his staff are always ready to greet you with a smile and are more than ready to educate you on antiques. I've learned more from them than anyone else in the estate sale business. And I learn something new every time he has a sale. Kevin alway has the most interesting items too, not just toasters and DVDs. Several of my favorite pieces of art came from his sales along with some of my furniture. Even my fireplace screen came from one of Kevin's sales. Go with the best.

Do NOT choose this liquidator as a client. They are absolutely ripping their clients off and…read moreparticipating in unfair selling practices. Also asks clients to remove big, hard to sell items beforehand. Isn't the whole point of hiring a liquidator to take the stress off the client and sell all their stuff the best you can? Everything about this company screams scummy scam behavior. And the prices...are we shopping online here and paying the most with retail prices listed at the sales?? Like seriously 100s of dollars for items that are at an estate sale and should be wayyyy less. Like this is an estate sale, no the online world of reselling. My guess is they are jacking up prices to where no one buys at the estate sales so it gets "donated" aka they take it to resale for full profit online. Therefore never paying the client what they should. Terrible. Please, if you are looking to have your home liquidated, find an honest one and skip this one for sure.

Welp it wasn't steel and it was white gold and now out of luck because of her mistake. Blamed it on me and gas-lit me for it. Really unprofessional and wouldn't ever do business again. Stay away and just sell the watch to a jeweler store instead. Have the blackbox video of it happening and will be posting it on social media for everyone to see since "it is my problem now".

After months of emails and sharing with Ms. Baggenstoss all of my existing documents regarding my…read morecollection she unceremoniously emailed me that she needed to "resign from your assignment due to a time crunch currently; apologies for that." Advice to Ms. Baggenstoss- If you don't have time to take on new clients then don't take it them on waste months of time and then drop them 4 days before the work was scheduled to be completed. It's unprofessional, it's a waste of my time and it's completely avoidable. Advice to readers- Be warned, you may spend months only to get nowhere and need to start again. Response: If Ms. Bagenstoss had been remotely apologetic in her cancellation email ( or made any previous mention of health issues or time constraints) I wouldn't have posted negative reviews. Indeed when I emailed her my response to the abrupt cancellation (essentially this review with a mention that I would leave negative reviews) her response in full was "Thank you!". Taking care of yourself and treating other people's time and energy respectfully are not mutually exclusive.

Absolutely shocked how this business treats shoppers. They gave my single book hold to someone else…read morebecause I took too long to check out while buying more items?? Then someone named Chris (one of the owners it seemed) screamed at me and almost cost the family that hired them a $515 sale... I was there both weekend sale days. I asked the guy if he could do a deal on the books the next to last day at the end of the sale day, but he said no, I could come back the next day and grab all I want. So the first thing I did when I got to the sale the next day at 9am when they opened was give the same man at the counter a special book to hold that was at the counter already. I didn't want to mix it in with the other books I was going to buy because it cost more money, and I didn't want to get it confused with the $0.50 and $1.50 ones I was planning to buy. So apparently they only hold items for an hour but do not tell you this and have no signage stating this. So HOW exactly was I supposed to know they were only going to hold my single book I gave them at 9am for an hour??????? After going to check out and finding out they sold it, I asked where the sign was or anything for me to know, the guys says, "well I didn't see you." No apology at all. I was upset and speaking directly (I have autism) saying they should have a sign thinking he would agree and apologize but noooo more arguing that he just didn't see me. I guess he didn't see me hauling down a huge pile of books they were all talking about throughout the day??? Meanwhile another worker (named Chris) comes out halfway through pissed off that I'm upset they sold my book to someone else. I think she was confused at first as to what the actual situation was and instead of trying to figure it out professionally, she just flew off the handle at me from the get go. Like all I wanted was an apology from the guy (instead of arguing) and them saying they would put up a sign. I was literally spending $500! But noooo this Chris comes out like an insane person arguing with me about it. She had already shamed me loudly as a customer for how many books I was buying: "Let's go ahead and count all these books so we won't be here until midnight," in an annoyed voice. Just wow. It was over $500 I spent and this woman acted annoyed and literally screamed at me. I then asked her name (which I overheard from someone later anyway) and she goes, "it's kiss my ass". She then threatened to not let me finish my purchase after I had been there literally from the start of the day and all day yesterday. Like really? She wanted to cost THE FAMILY THAT HIRED HER TO SELL THE STUFF the money? Little did she know, I was recording from the start of her rant. She accused me of yelling and in the video my voice was calm the whole time, just as it was when I was explaining to the man that they should have a sign up if they are only going to hold things for an hour. When it was finally explained to her exactly what happened, she doesn't apologize and doubles down on her anger and says, "I'm done." Then she says to the guy behind the counter, "I just can't stand to hear you get yelled at." I was NOT yelling. The entire time my voice was calm, including talking to the man, and she was yelling. She just didn't like there was a problem and automatically assumed it was my fault. She literally yelled at me that they were there "helping me all day" like I was some kind of burden for existing there at her sale, buying stuff. I literally picked my own books, boxed them all separately according to type and I even counted how many per box although that wasn't acceptable to her because she made her poor worker recount them all. He actually bundled some I didn't for being small, so she would have gotten more money if she would have just trusted my numbers. I am an honest person, and it was 100s of books. I moved them all myself from the rooms to outside to my car. So I'm not really very sure what exactly they were helping me with all day as she accused. Again, she was annoyed I was there shopping??? And after she left the room in I assume shame for not even getting the issue, their worker apologized for the whole thing! Like he was so nice the whole day and the only competent one there. He should be running that business because that guy at the counter and her (I assume owners?) are unhinged and beyond unprofessional. I would have left every single one of the books if the homeowner that hired them didn't have such a wonderful library. I found over 20 signed books (a new record for me in one weekend) and multiple first editions worth hundreds, all for mere cents and dollars. So moral of the story, Shoppers, beware. Do not count on holds or accurate signs (accurate signage is so important, especially for those of us that are autistic). Homeowners and family members, this business doesn't seem to know the value of the items the are selling for you. And they are so willing to cost you money for their pride.
