He came out, evaluated the garage, motor, track, and springs. Turns out, the garage door is fine. The noise I heard is normal. Trinity Garage didn't try to sell me on items we didn't need, which is very much appreciated. Honesty goes a long way. Andre even provided an estimate on a spring replacement, since the springs are older and could fail in the future. I intend on using Trinity Garage Door Service in the future, should the need arise.
