Prior to my appointment, she had me fill out a quick questionnaire in order to anticipate my skin needs and personal preferences. When I arrived, the atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing. The spa area was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming. On top of all of that, Ashlie immediately made me feel as ease with her calm demeanor & sweet personality! I received the Strawberry Lemonade facial (which was exquisite) and had my brows sugared and tinted. She also talked with me about my skin care options between visits, and which products are best for my skin issues. I truly wish I could give Skin Care by Ashlie more than five stars. He is a good stylist and Debbie is really good with color, but Duane gets angry too easy and does not think before he judges and God forbid, says things he cannot take back. Also they push their special products and make you feel horrible if you do not buy what they are pushing. On top of that, they did not have what I needed in stock and they sold me a product that was not the strength that I need it for my hair type. In other words. I feel like they would do anything just to make a sale. When I expressed my opinion that the product did not get good reviews, Debbie got defensive. Two years ago Duane told me that I did not have enough money to come to them and then later on he thought about it and he apologized. But now we go through the same thing again only this time I don't think he's going to mend his ways. If you can handle his high strung temperament this place might be just fine for you.

First the ladies are very very detailed, they truly take their time, and make sure to get all hair. In the past at other locations I always have to ask staff to go over here or there one more time... here once they are done they are truly done. Second the face massage you get is a nice touch!
