When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. After agreeing on cost and what exactly would get cleaned I felt relieved and let them get to work. Regretfully that feeling went away really quick. Two cleaners, Lisa and David, came to clean my 2300 sq ft home it took them 3.5 hours, which I thought was rather fast for only two cleaners to finish my whole house, I was also shocked this company only sends two people to do an entire deep clean. - After they were finished I immediately sent payment via Venmo, however the ceiling fans were dusty, the blinds were dusty, the baseboards were not scrubbed clean, the bathroom walls were not scrubbed clean, above the cabinets were not even touched, the fronts of cabinets were not scrubbed, behind the stove wasn't even touched, the shower glass was left cloudy with water spots - I will say the fridge was cleaned well and the bathtubs were cleaned well. I asked them not to vacuum or mop since Im still moving a couple pieces out, they're charging by the hour so don't bother with the carpet, after saying that they STILL VACUUMED THE CARPET. I have just never been more disappointed. Agreeing to pay top dollar ($90 an hour) for an entire home deep clean and coming home to this. I'll never book with Maricopa cleaners again, and I will never recommend it to friends and family. Choose a cleaner who will come look at the space and give you a quote, and maybe send more than only 2 cleaners. I was able to speak with Jim explained all the issues I have with this deep clean, he apologized and offered a $50 refund. I still have not received this $50 refund.
