Today, I found out that this Laudromat's bathroom which is very frequent especially at late times from 9pm. I really had to go urgently but was disappointed once again that I can't ease myself. I quickly ran to the 711 next door and I was told there is no public restroom. No other stores nearby were open. Finally, I had to go with another option which I can't mention. I complained to the staff and she look at me like I was crazy. I believe they clean the bathroom too early and not wanting to clean again Another time, I had to close the door behind me after being scared of being there with strange people and no staff around. I prayed so hard like never before. Staff are often missing and one can't get any assistance when needed. It is shameful that their bathrooms are not accessible especially at night! I purchased a bottle of softener and bleach from this business, neither was sealed. I smelled the bleach, it had a faint bleach smell. So I placed my finger in it, no tingle sensation, the texture of my skin did not change. I came back to my vehicle, dropped a little on an old black T-shirt,.. the color remained the same. After which I went back into the building and she was of no help. To me, the empty containers that were used by patrons, they are taking them out and reusing them, not only reusing them, they're stretching the products with water and reselling them. I didn't accuse the woman of this. But after she couldn't look me in my face, I told her I think you know exactly what I'm talking about here and if you guys are ripping people off, that's terrible. If you're purchasing anything from this business, check before use. They've lost a customer.

I told her that I would come back another day, she begged for me to come in. I start washing my clothes, I left the establishment at 7:52 PM, and came back at 8:42 PM. Thereafter the employee began to harass me, yelled at me, screaming, telling me that her boss does not pay her for overtime and that she needed to go home. On top of that, there is never an attendant so homeless people have started sleeping there especially early in the morning.
