When putting hot water on any of machines comes COLD (rven with the extra $$required for such). Today I put over $2.00 in coins for dryer (4th on bottom row) and did not start or refund change even after pushing the return button several times! If you're stopping dryer (to pullout items or to check if done it still deducts minutes (several other laundry mats are much better). Did not see any body tending to the place from 645-9pm today-Place was a mess. read more

Their machines are filthy. So much mold on them, looks like they never been serviced. I brought it to the owners attention and he said to just go to another laundromat. The whole place is pretty dirty overall and their machines are old and filthy. Not recommended. read more

My home washer was broken so I came to Sunshine Laundry. The washers ate many of my quarters (any quarters that weren't brand new). A customer next to me complained of the same thing. There was no attendant to get help from. The place was very dirty and run down. I went due to necessity but I definitely wouldn't use this as my go-to laundry. I'm not sure if prices were fair as I don't know other laundries. This place could use a good scrubbing! Also, no restrooms so I had to drive to convenient store. read more

We recently moved to the Vancouver WA area from California. We needed to clean our clothes, but our washing machine hasn't arrived yet. So we searched for a laundromat on Google and found this one. A 15 minute drive brought us here. Pulling in, I noticed there was plenty of parking (it was 9 PM on a Saturday night). The lot was fairly clean. There was a Mexican restaurant that was open next door. Great news, right! We unloaded our clothes and walked in and were struck by the stench of a thousand farts... I am not kidding. This place smelled horrible. But it had washing equipment and I had dirty clothes, so I would power through the odor. I took 3 steps in the door and was already tripping on garbage on the floor. Mostly dryer sheets and discarded socks. I found the jumbo sizes machines (they have 6). I filled up four of them, added detergent, then went to the change machine located at the front. One of the change machines had an out of service light, and the other one just wouldn't accept money. Great!! $6.50 per load times 4 loads is 26 bucks... That's over a hundred quarters. I don't have 100 quarters hanging out in the ashtray of my Suburban. There's nowhere to get change near by, so maybe I could leave and find a gas station.. but it's 9:20 and now the lights are shutting off. What the heck?? So we decided to pack our stuff back up and leave. While removing our clothes, we noticed a ridiculous amount of mold on the rubber door seals of the machines. Did a large comforter for $7 (debit) to wash and $1.25 (quarters) to dry. Maybe machines could be a bit cleaner, but all good. BTW, beer chips and salsa next door while you wait. I'll be back!!! read more

My washing machine broke so I have to go to the laundromat. This place is clean and well lit so I feel safe alone at night in this facility. The industrial size washers and dryers are great because you can get in and out in about an hour. read more

Usually enough washers except maybe on Sundays. Average prices, costs $6 for the biggest washer. The wash takes about 23 minutes and to dry around an hour. I usually drop off the wash, leave, then come back and transfer to the dryer and leave again while that's drying. Laundry has never been stolen unlike some laundromats. If I did stick around there are plenty of plastic seats, a restroom, and a vending machine. Minus one star for keeping the coin changer in a metal cage that I lose my quarters in trying to get them out of the dispenser. read more

My husband and I were in town for a funeral and my hubby needed a few things laundered. This laundromat was close to our hotel and seemed to be a good option. I noticed immediately that the place is filthy, with trash all over the floor. The washing machines all have mold around the door seals and they reek of mold. There is also mold and dirt in the soap dispenser in the top of the machine, so when the water runs through it is rinsing mold into your laundry along with your detergent. There was not a single clean washer in the whole place. I was so disgusted I wanted to leave, but I was in a hurry and didn't have many other options. The one positive thing I can say is that the employee on duty was attempting to clean by pushing around a dry mop to pick up some of the large trash. He really needs to wet mop as you can see there is dirt caked in every corner and around the furniture that the dry mop cannot clean. The employee was also very friendly, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I would avoid this laundromat if possible. read more

I definitely would NOT recommend using the Speed Queen application that they promote at this location. Since their coin machine was temporarily out of quarters, it was my only option. It had trouble connecting to the washer of my choice and lost $7. I contacted Speed Queen and they told me my money would have to be refunded by the owners, I spoke to I believe Michelle and she reassured me I would have my money back by 3 days. 1 month later and 2 attempts to get a refund and still NOTHING. I am so disappointed in this laundromat. Based on reviews and their website, I expected this laundromat to be clean and actually have someone on site, but it was the complete opposite. We walked in, and it smelled like piss! The place was dirty and messy, like no one has cleaned the place (obviously because there is nobody that works there). There were also a couple of homeless men just hanging out at this place. Ugh I will never return to this laundromat again! Also, the biggest washers were smaller than I expected. I usually go to the laundromat in Portland by 82nd and glisan, they are clean and have big amazing washers where I can stuff 4 blankets no problem, and they have employees on site. I will not be coming back this place, even if I have to drive to Portland! read more

Small washers are 225, large ones are 4$ per load, duets are 50 cents for ten minutes. The place is clean and well lit. The quarter machine is admittedly a little awkward but worked well. No issues here at all. When I went it was a Monday morning and subsequently not busy but the place was just fine for laundering. read more

It's fine for what it is. It's clean and has vending machines and a change machine. There is a small tv. They have closed the bathroom due to vandalism. The waiting area is fine. I can't say that it's spectacular, but it's a laundromat, so my expectations weren't super high anyway. read more
