Some of the shiners were already dead he didn't even have the decency to hook it up a little with some extra ones... let alone they don't have a scanner to charge you he comes up with the prices from the top of his head.. JD Outfitters sold me a Daiwa Tidewater rod last week. On the next day after purchase the rod broke…read moreat the base while catching a moderate sized Mahi offshore on my boat. Took the defective rod back next day (72 hours after purchase) and asked to trade in for a different non-Daiwa rod. They refused and told me to call Daiwa for a warranty rod. Was actually a fan of JD until this happened. I'm headed back to Crook and Crook for my tackle needs, they sold me a sweet Proteus XH. No more JD for this former customer. Not nice to treat a loyal customer like that! Would have doubled my spend on the replacement rod!
