I could not believe that with the amount of money they had already made from weekly paychecks and my percentage of the insurance that I had paid that they wanted more an had no concern about my future needs . My attorney said they would not budge and wanted an egregious amount of my settlement. I find it disturbing and disgusting that Cigna care more about money than a human and their needs. I can totally understand how people feel insurance companies are thieves and only care about profit over patients. Karma is something I believe in. I hope Cigna gets exposed .

I stopped into CVS to pick up my medication and arrived about 10 minutes before they opened. Since…read moremy prescription had been submitted the night before, I expected it might take about 30 minutes (or longer) once they opened. While waiting, I browsed the store, everything was clean, organized, and easy to find. About 5 minutes before opening, the pharmacy tech came over and took my name, which was already a great start. Then, less than 5 minutes after they opened, my medication was ready! She even apologized for the short wait. This was honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a CVS. I fully expected to be waiting an hour, but they were fast, friendly, and efficient. Hands down the best CVS in town!
