The week prior I went through a drive through restaurant and asked a question about a sandwich and got the response "I have no absolute idea" and then silence, I repeated the question got the same answer and then ordered something that required zero effort from the menu and same person said I don't even know what value me you are talking about ,I thought I was being punked it was all over sign and so I changed my order to 1 small burger and when pulled around the person to collect money was literally licking the salt from their fingers and gave me a total. I said,"wait" what,never mind" I drove away. Never going back . Wake up people. Managers pay attention to who you are hiring! I also have never had an issue with them fulfilling my prescriptions whether that's on the app or in person. At first it seemed like a great pharmacy and…read morethe pharmacist was really helpful and nice, but there are other employees that are extremely rude and treat me awful even though I'm always respectful and polite, so I'm not sure if they are just rude to everyone or if they're treating me badly because they are judging me based on the medication I am prescribed. But the worst part of it all is that I started having serious side effects only when it was filled with one type (made by a different manufacturer) but not with any of the other ones and I had been given four different types throughout my time using that pharmacy. When I tried to talk to the pharmacist about it he insinuated that I was lying and said there's no way because they are all exactly the same and acted like I was saying that because I wanted one specific type. I told him that's not what I was asking for, I only said something about it because I was trying to figure out why it was happening and get advice on what to do about it. He again blew me off and acted like I was lying. And ever since then he only fills my prescription with that specific type, but when the other pharmacist is there he fills it with one of the four different types they had filled it with before. Sometimes it would be the ones I had the side effects from but not every single time, so I honestly feel like the other pharmacist is purposefully giving me those ones every time because I "complained" about them. Then I looked up reviews for the pharmacy here on yelp found only one and it was someone saying that the pharmacist was blocking his rx from being filled because he had transferred it to a different pharmacy at one time and then had to go back to H &R, so it appears that this pharmacist is just a jerk and will do petty things if you say or do something he doesn't like. I found a new pharmacy and although it's a,little more expensive, they are not rude or judgemental and listen to you if you have concerns and try to help. And my new pharmacist told me that although the active ingredients in the different manufacturers are the same, the inactive ingredients are not and he thinks something in the inactive ingredients was causing my side effects. I would recommend trying to find any other pharmacy to use and only using this one if you have no other options.

After I transferred back to Publix I had to go back as H&R was the only pharmacy with a specific medicine in stock. Owner claimed that he couldn't fill it due to computer issues. My insurance carrier advised me that it appeared that H&R was intentionally canceling the order. Appears that he was retaliating for my transferring my business back to Publix.
