Sucks this is the only pool service company in Port Huron as now I am three weeks behind schedule and am going to be cutting it dangerously close to winter with getting my leak identified, repaired, and on someone else's schedule for the closing. Retuned it with no issues. Third trip an electrician came out and replaced faulty break. Hot tub filled and leaked. After 7th service trip the pump is now leaking and I asked to have it replaced. this started June of 2023. We went away for winter. Started trying to book a service appointment in April and they stalled me until May 29, 2024. Because they have been out 7 times and only been able to charge me $107 they wI'll no longer service my tub. Its never stopped leaking in all this time.

They had just left the job and we noticed a hole in the liner (which i understand things happen - they had got it caught on something). We called, sent pics. They gave us two options (1) they come and take the liner out and leave us with nothing (as you know in the fall this is hard to get someone else or a nice day to do or (2) they would give us the liner for half price.
