He no longer prioritizes patient care--just Ozempic, Botox, and the cash flow. The medical staff is robotic, unhelpful, and disengaged. Communication is nonexistent, with exception of a termination letter from their practice. There's no real support or follow-through. It's a disorganized, reactive office that leaves patients chasing basic care. There is no longer any partnership in your health here--just profits over people. Stay far away.

She was then going to take it from my hand. I said no, so, she tried the arm anyway, and was it fine, but she kept complaining. By the end she became irritated and rude. Overall impression is that you are there for them, instead of, them being there for you.
