They pressed me to urgently rush through their onboarding paperwork, even asking if I could start immediately the next day -- then they ghosted me. I was supposed to report to the job site that Friday but the recruiter, Kelly, texted me late the night before and said the employer "wasn't ready" and to report on Monday instead. Sunday night, the same thing happened, saying they were "still getting organized" and promising me an update the next day. After that I heard nothing. I texted and left voicemails trying to get a status on when the job would commence, or if there even was a job, but they have never communicated with me since and it's been two weeks now. A reputable agency doesn't treat applicants like that. I am registered with other temp agencies and there have been times when a job opening fell through, but the recruiters made sure to keep the lines of communication open and let me know what was going on, even if it was bad news. In the end, RPG has totally disrespected my time, as I scrambled my schedule to start ASAP as they asked. Plus I now doubt the validity and integrity of the agency and am concerned about the security of my private information that I supplied them for the background check and direct deposit setup. So now I have the additional worry that I might become the victim of identity theft, on top of the stress of losing my job due to the pandemic and honestly trying to find work. Their actions are the hallmark of a scam, and given that I see other people here who have had similar bad experiences with them, I can only surmise that the few glowing 5-star reviews here are plants. I wish I could give them no stars. If you need a job, steer clear of these people.

I absolutely love how you can set the days that you can work. That way, if you have another job, you are able to still pick up shifts on your days off. On top of that, the team is very communicative and they will get back to you if there are issues with an office. I personally had an office that did not pay me within the quoted time. I reached out to Princess the day right after the office should have paid at the maximum amount of time, and Princess immediately reached out to the office so that I would be able to receive my pay. They are reliable and will make sure that you are not left hanging by offices that are not timely.
