The website shows a full, round bouquet with blooms built up on all sides. What arrived was flat on top with a single sprig sticking up, and lacked fullness all around. When I asked my sister for more photos -- hoping the first ones were just a bad angle -- she had to look down to see the flowers, since a large hydrangea bloom was sunk in the middle of the arrangement to take up space. It's simply not what was advertised. I've attached photos of what was advertised vs the product so you can see the difference for yourself. I order arrangements for occasions like this often and don't mind paying for quality, but this felt like amateur hour compared to the website photo. On the plus side, my sister loved the surprise and said the flowers smelled wonderful -- I just wish the arrangement itself matched what I purchased. There was an option to "tip" the florist. Probably should have done this to get some inspiration put into it.

I was offered all kinds of incentives to not cancel. It took a few minutes but I finally could cancel. Now I am waiting on the refund. NEVER again to do business with them!

We did like on item that fell into this category and two other sets that were not and could be discounted. We all know, I love a great deal! We didn't make a purchase just yet as they were our first stop. Service was great, not pushy and understood where we are coming from in our decision making process. Do we want something to suffice for the time being or a larger investment set to ship around from town to town... is sort of what we need to figure out at the moment. Although the selection is smaller than many other shops, but they have the usual stuff: tools, video games, jewelry, wlguns/knives/weapons, Blu-Rays/DVDs/CDs, musical instruments/equipment, and lots more. They took care of the second pair of lenses for me, since I already had my own frames, and they refunded the frames that didn't work. Then I tried going the cheap way out and didn't get the progressive lenses that I needed, so I had to go back, all they charged me was the difference on the price of lenses.
