The bikes start around $400 and they go up up up from there. Besides bikes, they've got an assortment of accessories and gear. Check out the Jame Bros. Facebook page for info about sales and such. The staff were polite and happy to answer all sorts of questions and didn't hound or hassle you as you browsed. Perusing the website, there's info about local rides, bike rentals, and service options. There is a public restroom! Always a plus. It's in the back, to the left. Tidy too. Update 9/24/26: Another shop confirmed brake pads were contaminated after Ride on Bikes refused to…read moreaudit their own work and told me my bike was fine without even seeing it over the phone. I was guided by their staff to buy the brake pads I want and was told SwissStop which I have on my rim brake bike were very good to order. Photos attached of the work done at Ride on Bikes. Rotors ruined as well as a result of how the brake pads were installed. Picked up my bike a week ago after paying for service, including installation of my own $90 SwissStop brake pads, specially ordered for my bike. The brakes squealed the first day, but I assumed the new pads needed time to settle in. Today, on my first real ride since the install, the brakes squealed horribly. I called the shop with my concerns, and instead of addressing them, they told me over the phone it was fine and blamed the rain. It was completely dry today. I've ridden this bike 41,000 miles, including 6,800 this year. Because I ride so much and my bike is my car, I've paid this shop thousands of dollars over the past year to service both of my bikes regularly. I know what normal brakes sound like. When I brought the bike in, they argued that the pad material was the cause instead of inspecting the brakes. The owner heard the squealing himself, but rather than look at the bike, he handed me $150 and sent me on my way. One would expect a normal bike shop to immediately put the bike on a stand and instead Jason drove the bike around the store and gave me $150. Very strange store. I took it to another shop, which found the pads were contaminated and the rotors are ruined. See the attached photos of the pads. While I was refunded for the labor, I'm now out the $90 brake pads I special ordered, I have ruined rotors to replace, and I need to pay for new service. I'm beyond disappointed. I ride a lot, but I'm not a mechanic, and I rely on a shop's expertise to keep my bike safe. They failed, and instead of taking ownership, the owner handed me cash and sent me elsewhere. In my opinion, that says they knew something went wrong. I won't be returning. Local cyclists deserve better technical support and customer care.
