Enter Nurse Leslie at Bella Via Med Spa. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease, which is saying something since I'm usually gripping the chair like I'm on a rollercoaster. She doesn't try to upsell me after I mention I'm literally only comfortable with the bare minimum. No pressure to get a whole menu of treatments I don't want, and actually listens. She wipes me down with alcohol swabs to satisfy my inner germaphobe before administering my favorite poison (Botox, not actual poison, though let's be real, it kind of is). She's precise without being in a rush, presses on the injection sites to reduce any instant sting, and hasn't hit a nerve (figuratively or literally) once. Best of all? A couple weeks later, my forehead is smoother than a baby's bottom, without that frozen "NPC in a video game" look. Then your next appointment you were 25 minutes late and she tried calling you several times with no response from you. So assuming you werent coming she did have to leave to pick up her children. Then you proceed to make another appointment on the friday before your wedding which you no showed her then you no showed her again on your wedding day after speaking to her on the phone to keep that appointment. So I am not sure why you would give her a bad review, She is an awesome stylist and is not deserving of a bad review. Monique not only made sure that I received the service I was hoping for, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the whole service. She educated me on how to get the most out of my lashes & my lashes held on strong for over a month long. Originally I got them done for a wedding I was in. But I will definitely be back.
