My aesthetician was Tracy and I really liked her. She had such a warm and friendly personality and was very easy to talk to. The waxing room was spacious and the bed I laid on was heated. For the first time ever, the waxing did not hurt! Tracy said she preferred to use hard wax on the delicate underarm skin because it is gentler and she was right- I barely felt any pain. She used regular wax on my legs, but still- it wasn't half as painful as at other salons. Another plus is that the half leg wax included the knee. Most places don't do this. I was very impressed with the job she did and will definitely be back to see her.

They're probably great. But if you can't do the fun colors, just tell a customer that upfront and don't lie to them. These hairstylist had no idea how to do an ombre. I had never had my makeup done professionally before, and was dreading it because my 30-year-old face decided to remind me what it felt like to be a teenager. I was covered in blemishes for the first time in years, and so embarrassed. Dori put me at ease, had a great sense of humor, and was so sweet and pleasant about all the little adjustments I wanted her to make to my makeup and hair. Considering I didn't show up with a picture of the look I was going for, she had me looking fabulous. I would highly recommend her for hair, as well as skin, especially if you have problem skin and want it to look photo-ready. I never let people see me without makeup but she put me at ease. My nails were a different story :(. Not a Im sorry, the Owner was standing right next to me, SAID NOTHING, like a big greedy owner. Not what can I do to help, what went wrong. NOTHING. Would not recommend to anyone. My hair on the left side was left in foils for over 2 hours and burnt to hell. Color is hideous. I would say they are not any better than great clips or fiesta. Poor management. Bad business.
