That being said my experience with these guys was fantastic! I had 30 tons of washed gravel to move into my walkout basement on Thanksgiving. I was in a time cruch due to weather because I live in the mountains and a winter storm was coming. I called these guys and they set up my reservation for a mini skid steer on the spot. When I got there the manager himself walked me out and showed me my options. He left me fire a machine up and drive it around to make sure I was comfortable with it's operation. I chose a machine and went in to pay. They discounted my original quoted rate and then told me that since they were closed on Thanksgiving I could have the machine for an extra day free. In addition to this there was a electrical issue between the trailer and the truck that their entire team came out to fix. Everyone was professional, courteous, and they went well above and beyond anything I would have expected! It's nice to see the art of customer service is not dead. I cannot recommend these guys enough, and I will certainly drive the extra distance to use them again.

The entire staff was knowledgeable about the different types of equipment and what would work for what we were doing. We were looking for equipment with really short notice, and Hilllside was able to meet all of our needs. Great customer service, great equipment, friendly and affordable. We have rented equipment before from different companies and this was our first time using Hillside. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend!
