I switch the breaker and it still wouldn't work, it wants to. I would nudge the unit and it would work. So I'm thinking lose wire. How hard of a fix is that. I clicked to request an appointment. Within 15 minutes the owner Dell called me. Yes, even at that time 1215am. Dell agreed to come over the next day and was extremely helpful with his recommendations. Also, on his website he offered to beat any other written offer and he was true to his word. Within four days we had saved thousands of dollars and had a full AC unit installed! The best part was that Dell installed everything himself with his support staff. The whole experience with Dell has been fantastic. From start to finish he was been extremely responsive and helpful. I can't see how you can get better value or service. I feel he truly wanted to earn our business. I said to my wife, if he's responsive enough to call me back at 1215am just to set an appointment, we know he's going to be available if anything ever goes wrong. We are going to recommend and refer Naninos to everyone we know.

EINRG installed a new Tesla/Span solar power system for me. 5/5 stars!…read more The new Tesla panels produce about twice as much power in the same roof area as my old system. The solar is powering my home and my Tesla EV 100%. The Technology and Product Quality is amazing. The Powerwall saves enough power for me that I can run things normally at night and during cloudy periods without utility power. The system still makes significant power on cloudy days, and the Powerwall makes up for any shortfall. Spenser rewired my old power distribution panels--and the new system is very clean and easy to understand and use. Everything is controlled from my phone. The Tesla app already does some automatic control for me, and it is very good to be able to see and control individual circuits manually on the Span app. This allows me to understand exactly where power is coming from and where it is going--so I can make good decisions to improve my use. I certainly found some areas where power was being wasted and fixed that. The installation process was very organized and well-done! I used to own part of a solar company, and I can tell you that this company knows what they are doing. See photos!

I was absolutely desperate to find a company that could take the system down, after my current provider told me they would not be able to get to the job within three months! I am selling my house and a delay like that would have ruined any opportunity we had to sell, this year. In my desperation, I contacted several solar installers and the only one that responded was Solar Supply of Colorado. John Fischer contacted me immediately and offered to help after hearing the predicament I was in. He was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried to juggle working with my current company, maintaining my warranty and trying to find a contingency plan. Ultimately, my current company was able to put in a special request and get my panels removed in my time frame. So, I ended up not needing the services of Solar Supply. But, they were beyond exceptional in their willingness to help me however they could. Jason has been my main guy, and he was so responsive, and easy to work with. They came and fix every single issue that I had. 2 years ago we had a huge hail, but none of the solar panels were damaged. But we had to claim insurance and take the panels off and put them back on. Suntalk has been easy to work with, and they rewire everything, even put better insulations on the wirings. I had pigeons trying to make nests under the panels, and they put nets and guards around. Yesterday, I just realized that my SolarEdge data was not updating since March 3rd. Called Jason, and he told me how to reset the communication module, and everything is good now.
