Dr. Susan has been a godsend during my pregnancy - her knowledge and expertise for women's health and wellness is second to none. I am so Thankful I found SUNU 22 months ago!! Dr. Liz is the BEST chiropractor I have ever seen in over 30 years of chiropractic care. With her excellent diagnoses and treatments I have been able to enjoy life and my extreme hobbies with little to no pain. I went to Sunu extremely sick one day trying to fight off my terrible burning sore throat, Dr. Susan some how drained my sinuses, cracked my ears, adjusted my back and nervously received my first acupuncture treatment from Kari V - who put me right at ease. I can't explain all that happened, but the next day I found myself back to work without having to resort to medication like I was thinking I would. SuNu Wellness is such an awesome place. From the minute you walk in, the ambiance is so peaceful and calming. I was greeted right away and offered a warm neck wrap and water or tea while I waited for my appointment. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I first started going to SuNu after a car accident I was in that gave me whiplash, a concussion, and back spasms (to the point I could not stand up straight). I received acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, and massages at different times and each time I walked in with pain, I left feeling 110% better. My experience with Sunu has been overwhelmingly positive. I have seen two chiropractors and one acupuncturist at Sunu. The entire staff is kind, attentive, and obviously cares about their patients. I had a constant headache that not even medicine could diminish. After a few sessions with Dr. Annie and Jamie, my headache finally subsided. Dr. Kayla and Jamie didn't consider it a success however - they wanted the headaches gone for good! Before treatment, I averaged three headaches per week; two and half months later, I now have less than one headache a week that is easily remedied with hot / cold packs. I enjoy going to Sunu as its entrance is welcoming, clean, and calm space with kind attentive staff. I'd been suffering with chronic lower back pain that no doctors could give diagnose. I saw many different doctors in various field. And my chronic pain has got worse for the last 3 years; I was experiencing recurrent lower back spasm a couple of times every year- nothing helped nor worked until Dr. Carey's treatment. I am thrilled with my progress I've made seeing Connie at Sunu. Dealing with chronic neck pain for years, my body had got stuck in a pain pattern of overreaction.
