I have nothing but good things to say about Sunwise. When I was contacted by Ryan on March 16, I was interested. I have been interested in going solar for about 10 years, but none of the companies seemed to fit. Ryan's offer hit all the buttons. My wife and I met with Ryan a few days later. We decided that we were going to do this this time. Once the preliminary work was done by Ryan and the team, Izzy reached out on March 27. That was a lot quicker than I expected. Izzy and her team were right on it. I had seen a number of bad reviews about other companies, and my brother-in-law had issues with his install by a competitor. I was pleasantly surprised that things were moving in less than two weeks. It took a month for the township and electric company approvals. Shortly thereafter, the install team was here. That was May 11. Township inspector had to inspect the work. That was May 20. Electric company sent an inspector on May 27. Project was turned on May 27. Our initial meeting was with Dan, but he remained a point of contact throughout. What an asset to the company. My husband and I were unfamiliar with the solar energy process. It was explained in very user friendly terms. The roof and solar panel crews were professional, fast, and cleaned up after. We never felt pressured. We noticed our ceiling had a leak on a Friday night a few weeks ago. it was coming from underneath the solar panels so I figured I would contact Sunwise. I didn't think I'd reach someone on a Saturday but, I called the number on the website. No one answered and didn't leave a message because I figured I would just call them on Monday. To my surprise, I got a call back from Leo Asking how he could help. I was shocked. I told him the situation and he was so helpful, saying me he'd have someone out on Monday. someone did came out on Monday. The guy was professional and kind and in and out within 45 minutes. After making the decision to have solar panel installed, I knew that Sunwise would be contacting me to set it up. They were very easy to speak with on the phone and explain exactly what was going to happen. The two day installation went seamless. After the installation, I was contacting to set up the inspection which happened 9 days after installation. The inspection also went seamless. 8 days after the inspection may solar unit was operational. The only thing to wait for now is the savings. I had a good rapport with everyone at Sunwise Energy. Starting with the salesman right down to the installation team. Our township came and inspected very quickly. The holdup unfortunately was West Penn Power. It took them a while to give permission to operate. I am finally turned on so now I'm just going to wait and see what I save.
