Unfortunately I can't upload the video on here

By far in my opinion the worst hotel ever !!! Alex has had terrible customer service with us . We booked a 3 night stay for a fishing tournament, we only chose this hotel because of the distance from the dock . After my first and only night I noticed I was itching !! I didn't know why , later I saw a small bug crawling on my arm , I knocked it on the nightstand and killed it . After researching I realized it was .... A BED BUG . When my boyfriend finished fishing I showed it to him and we decided to take it to the front office . As I was getting ready to walk out the door my foot was stinging, I looked down and it was yet ANOTHER bed bug biting me . I didn't kill this was , I took it straight to the office and showed Alex(and I have video evidence) . He was SO COLD about the situation. He said we could move upstairs but I was not comfortable with that option , I just wanted a refund for the three nights and all fees . He told me he couldn't issue a refund. Understandable, so he said a manager would be in the next day and we had to go through Priceline because we booked with them . I contacted Priceline and they said the hotel would not refund us for the night we stayed , which is ridiculous because I shouldn't have to pay for a night where I was bitten by bugs . Each day I call (and Priceline has been calling them also) Alex keeps saying it'll be the next day before a manager is in . He was extremely rude , and told me they checked the room right after we left and saw no bugs and basically saying I was lying . Which is again , RIDICULOUS because I took a living , crawling bug to the front office , I guess he didn't realize I was recording the whole situation. He lied on the phone with me and said he didn't have time to argue with me because he can't do anything about it . Well , I'm not letting this go , they owe me $154 and it's only right that I am refunded . The place is TERRIBLE and extremely eerie. I would never ever ever ever recommend this place to ANYONE and the health department needs to pay them a visit !!!!

If you enjoy pubic hair on the tub, puke on the bedspread and funky smells that linger all night long- then this is the place for you.

I will start with I'm usually not a Hilton person but this hotel may have me changing my mind. I…read moredidn't have any issues. Check in was smooth and the person checking me in was really nice. But what I liked the most.. is that they have happy hour EVERYDAY!! The room and common areas were all clean. They even had an outside deck lounge area. Overall good experience.

I came to Chattanooga expecting the usual hotel math: decent room, forgettable hallway carpet, and…read morea breakfast that somehow tastes beige. Instead, Embassy Suites decided to flex. From the moment I walked in, the place had that polished, easygoing vibe that makes you feel like you made the right call before you even hit the elevator. The environment is genuinely nice, some vintage Volkswagens were on display in the lobby... the kind of space that feels welcoming instead of transactional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, stayed that way because housekeeping actually serviced them daily. That alone feels like a luxury these days. The location is not exactly the crown jewel of Chattanooga, but it nails the one thing that matters when you're traveling: convenience. It's easy to get where you need to go, easy to get back, and easy to settle in without feeling like you're fighting the city. And the staff? Warm, friendly, and consistently helpful. The kind of team that makes hospitality feel like hospitality. But the moment that won me over was the Little Debbie snack waiting in the room at check-in. That tiny touch somehow said, "Welcome to Tennessee, we speak fluent comfort food." A good hotel gives you a room. A great one gives you a reason to smile before you even unpack. That's exactly what this place gets right. It may not sit in the most exciting location, but it absolutely understands the guest experience. Clean rooms, daily service, kind staff, and just enough thoughtful touches to make the stay memorable. So I came in expecting standard hotel beige and left thinking about snack cakes, spotless rooms, and how easy they made the whole trip feel. Four stars, and yes, Little Debbie absolutely helped close the deal. And the VW's are a nice twist too!

Where do I begin?!? We've had problems since we checked in. Problem #1 ants in the living room…read morearea. Problem #2 the mattress on the pullout bed was horrible!! You could feel the spring coming through the cloth. #3 there was no sheets, quilts/ comforters do the pullout bed. We had to go downstairs to get some. #4 the phone was not working in our room so we could not call downstairs to request ANYTHING! #5 we asked for our room to be cleaned/ bed changed new towel etc... We came back to the room and nothing was cleaned and we had no sheets etc....on our bed. #6~I'm writing this review as I sit here and witness so many guests who have not paid, enter the pool area with their children half way supervised. The adults are on the patio while the kids are running around. When we walked in there was a female attendant at the desk. I was waiting until she finished talking ( it seemed as if she was talking to another coworker) and then she stops and just stares at me. I wanted to inquire about our room that had ants and wanted to know if it had been taken care of. While I'm talking I see a group of people walking behind me. When the attendant finished speaking with me she goes and hug one of the people in the large party, and they head straight for the pool. We go upstairs to change and come back down to a pool and patio area full of people. It's over 15 kids (excluding my 2) in the pool with only 2 adults supervising. The rest are outside sitting, listening to music, playing football. I'm assuming this is a birthday party because someone just brought in some balloons. I didn't think hotels had birthday party's like this. More kids are coming and now it's only 1 adult watching all these kids. A father and son just came down to go swimming and in a matter of seconds they change their mind and turn around. Also, we were unable to control the temperature of the refrigerator so therefore the items we bought to put in the refrigerator never got cold. There was a sign saying that the ice machine was on the third and seventh floor. I went to go get ice and there was a out of order sign saying to go to the barn to get ice. I went to the bar to get ice and the bartender informed me to look to the right if I wanted to get some ice, and there was a tub with ice in it with a Scooper in it. Think of all the germs. People use the scoopers with their bare hands and put it back in the ice for you to consume this hotel has got to do better. Also, if you're allergic to cats stay clear of this place. Cats are roaming in the lobby of the building. When we woke up Sunday morning there were ants crawling in the stand where the tv is. Housekeeping does not come everyday. The trash cans remained full all weekend and we had to use shopping bags to put trash in. If you're looking for a nice hotel to stay in, please stay clear of this one!

No noise insulation. Could hear way too much from the room. I did call down to front desk and asked…read morethem to tell neighbors to calm the hell down, which they eventually did. Absolutely horrid breakfast. Don't bother. It was so bad. Garish lights everywhere pointing down and overall nasty vibe.
