This was a home away from home where the staff greeted you by name and was always welcoming, there were cookies, water containers to fill your water bottles, a welcome board that welcomed the IHG members, and staff that truly seemed to care. The new owners eliminated everything including the long standing staff. I'm currently sitting in my room and the whole floor I'm staying on reeks of weed, including in my room. This will be my last night staying in this hotel. It's a fine hotel, but what made it great is no longer in place and it's now just average at best. I can no longer recommend this hotel.

I always stay at days Inn and this is the worst one. There was mold on the bed side lamps, cigarette smoke holes in the curtains and also bed blankets, wires showing out of the outlets, the sink where you can wash your hands was absolutely disgusting and very cracked, the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall,shower had brown smudges all over it and shower rod was bent. To top it off the window did not open at all which is a fire hazard. Vending machines took money and the humidity in this hotel was thru the roof it's ridiculous how hot it is in this building/ rooms. Even the toilet seat was broken to the point I fell off the toilet. The guy told me that the price was $95 plus tax don't understand the price. I will be giving corporate a ring as well. Also don't forget don't use the fan it's about to fly off the wall. And the safe don't work in the room at all so don't get your belongings robbed.

I found this place on Bring Fido and for a "suite " under $100 I had very low expectations. Was pleasantly surprised. It helps that the facility is brand new , only a few months old. But everything is clean and immaculate. Nice little suite with full size fridge, cooktop, microwave. Don't expect amenities or a great mattress for the price. But anyone on a budget or is traveling through with a dog, especially a large dog will not find a better deal. Don't confuse this Woodsprings Suites with the one in St Charles which according to the reviews is evidently a drug den.

The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Around 11:00 p.m., a woman came screaming in terror down the hallway, which was frightening and did not make us feel safe. The overnight front desk employee was also not very helpful. At check-in, he simply handed me the room key without telling me the room number or providing any information about the hotel or amenities. The room itself was stocked with only the bare minimum. For three guests, there were only two bath towels and two washcloths. While the room includes a small kitchen, it came with no utensils, cookware, or basic kitchen supplies, making it much less useful than expected. If you're just looking for a clean, convenient place to stop for the night, this hotel may meet your needs. However, if you value a quiet, comfortable, or family-friendly stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
