Exceptionally rude staff. Speak to you like you're a child. Would never recommend this hotel. Once…read moreI know the woman's name who thought it was appropriate to be so upset and treat us that way I will update the review. We tried multiple times to rent a room and they said we could just use it until 10 pm. We shut the doors because we didn't want to be too loud. She ripped the door open to treat us like children stating we weren't "allowed" to shut the door even though that was never explained and that we were being "too loud". It was before 10 pm which we promptly left by 10 pm. Not how you should treat paying customers that actively tried to be understanding. Will be talking to the manager in the AM because this was disgusting. Also planning to make a formal complaint. That woman clearly has her own issues and believes she can take it out on whoever she feels. She went and hid in her office instead of letting any of us to talk to her. Poor customer service and that employee needs a course on how to treat people.

He was very rude and tried saying that's not what the bug was because bedbugs only come out at night which isn't true. He was then sent a photo of the bug and still tried denying it. A quick google search would show you that it is in fact a bedbug. This place was also DISGUSTING. They clearly do the bare minimum for "cleaning" dust in corners, the tub and toilet were disgusting. I'm so disappointed. And before anyone thinks that I'm trying to swindle them or get my money back, this stay was free to us because my family member booked it with their points.

The Grand Stay is a smallish midwestern chain and there happened to be on in town so I grabbed a room for a few nights Small but nice lobby greets you as you walk in and the attentive fellow behind the desk got me squared away with a room in short order. I was up on the third floor so hopped the elevators and headed up. Elevator arrived and operated in the normal amount of time - so all good. Room was nicely appointed and clean. Bathroom was good sized, well lit and functional. Hot water was hot. There is a large indoor pool available, but I did not have the time to do anything there. They offer a free breakfast in the morning but to be honest, it was very basic. Coffee was decent however. The building is situated on the edge of a strip mall and there is an Italian sports bar there if you feel the need to grab something to eat and watch the game. Parking lot was a bit small and cramped, but got the job done. Overall a solid 3-star hotel and I would stay here again if in the area.

We come here a few times a year and have had birthday parties for our daughters there. It's priced fairly as well! We spent nearly 6 weeks there with our 3 daughters, dog and cat as we waited for our new home to be finished. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like we were family by the time we left! They provide a bigger than normal continental breakfast with waffles, variety of donuts and mini muffins along with a hot meal option from eggs to bacon and sausage to biscuits and gravy. Definitely nice to have some options. The cleaning staff are very nice and always willing to help! Definitely recommend this hotel if you have to stay for an extended period of time or just a night!! Thanks for a great experience!

We got vouchers for free meals for kids first morning we had the Eggs Benedict with their breakfast potatoes which were delicious and they gave me extra hollandaise sauce but it wasn't needed. We ordered pizza from the pub n grub in the water park it was huge and very good, only took 20 minutes too. They have a lot on their food menu in park including adult beverages. The water parkway great, surprised with all the bad reviews, there was always warm towels from the drier for use. Hot tub was huge and plenty of tables and floats for going down the slide and lazey river. Lifeguards seemed attentive and reasonable only blew their whistles when they had to. Water was perfect temperature other parks we have been to it was too cold. No complaints at all with anything. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful, they even offer underground heated parking which was great since we were in the middle of a snow storm. Will for sure go back! only complaint was part of the time there was only 1 working elevator, and our couch could use replacing in the room. Everything A+

We had a very expensive suite, and I did not get my money's worth. The room was dark, fridge was not clean, and I found girls' swim bottoms (2 pair) in one drawer in a dresser and food in the nightstand. Obviously, room had not been properly cleaned. Another recent stay brought constant noise all through the night from the people above us; I called the front desk a few times and nothing was done. Will not stay at the hotel again; water park, probably - hotel, no.

The only downside was that it was very noisy. I have to point out that Jen Lange is an excellent professional, and I hope Hilton recognizes her hard work and dedication to customer service. I was a bit put off by a large group of very loud men watching the football playoffs in the lobby. Good game, I'm sure, but they were very loud and shouting expletives. My room was nice, but I was surprised to see how wrinkled all of the bedding was. There was also debris on the floor. The bathroom was fully stocked and had cutely folded towels. My window faced the freeway, which was moderately noisy, but the high quality draperies helped block some of that out. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and the pillows were all different sizes and not comfortable whatsoever. The room had a Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, and a nice selection of coffee and tea. It was quiet during my stay, with the exception of checking in. I did not utilize any of the amenities. I'd stay here again but would probably ask for additional/different pillows next time.
