Stayed here for business and this was a great location. So many food & shopping options nearby (several in walking distance). Front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. My only concern was with the cleanliness in my room. While it was fine overall, there was hair in the shower and areas that needed to be dusted. This was not a complete dealbreaker, but I think housekeeping could do a better job with detailed cleaning. There are grab & go food options on the lobby as well as a bar. I did not patronize either, so I cannot provide any feedback. Worth noting is the awesome tv. It was large, 55-60 inches. It offered standard television as well as streaming options (you provide your login). It was easy to sign on and watch my personal favorites. A note on the TV lets you know that your credentials will be removed upon checkout, and you also have the option to manually signing yourself out. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in the area.

Easy, clean, no frills hotel. Price per night is very high for the area. Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent business trip and it was a standard courtyard experience. Parking was super difficult if you arrive late with a car. The room is reasonably clean, beds are reasonably comfortable, the bathrooms are well stocked with towels. The fitness room is got newer equipment and everything functions well. Several mid level chain restaurants in the area that are waking distance. Not anything this Cali girl would eat though. Overall, pleasant stay.

Five stars might be a bit much but this Courtyard gets massive points for its location. It's perfect for business travelers. Those that are familiar with the area know that unless you are staying in the downtown area there is usually nothing around the hotels in the adjacent neighborhoods. It will usually just be a hotel and then nothing in a 15 min radius... and when it's freezing cold you don't feel like driving anywhere so you end up just eating at the hotel bar. This courtyard is right next to the fountain shops and the arbor lake shops. Plenty of restaurants, retail shops, a whole foods and even a Costco. If you travel a lot for work you get sick of eating out all the time so grabbing some healthier options at the whole foods is a pretty awesome option. The hotel itself is also clean and the staff is always friendly.

My opinion of this hotel has changed tremendously! After having to switch from the other Marriott due to cleanliness issues, this place is a breath of fresh air! The rooms are clean and the rooms are very comfortable! Also having the shopping center across the street with lots of restaurants and stores is a huge plus! The cafe in the hotel has a great staff and they go the extra mile to make your breakfast and coffee just right! Overall I am a fan of this hotel and its staff!

That being said the rest of the staff I chatted with across a 10+ day stay were all very friendly. The accommodations were sufficient, and it felt like covid precautions were in place. The breakfast was reasonably robust for covid-times but evening social hours had been cancelled. The biggest hang up I had about Staybridge is how outdated it felt. It seems as though the hotel rooms had not been renovated since the late 90s or early 2000s. Finally, even though the room was generally clean, I wiped down the air vents, and the cloths were quite dirty. Aspects of this stay were not great, it overall it was a satisfactory stay.

I had a garage fire just over a month ago, and my ALE (Renter's insurance) booked my stay at this hotel. Apon getting settled, I noticed there was water on the lower shelf. No biggie, I wiped it clean . Well, I ordered a pizza, and the next morning, it was drenched . I notified a maintenance guy about it a day goes by and nothing. 2 or 3 days later talked to Mike or someone at the front desk, and still nothing. So, eventually, I ran into Jenni (housekeeper) and she went directly and talked to management about the refrigerator and I also started getting annoyed of the toilet that makes a screeching noise until the tank is full. Nothing happened until I finally got annoyed enough to contact ALE solutions. I get a phone call back from the hotel, and they went on to say they had no records of myself making any such complaint(s), but they'll get on it.. oh, they did, too. I came back, and the toilet was fixed, and a new refrigerator was there. Now while I should of been satisfied I was so annoyed that I didn't say crap and basically called me a liar. Hell i didn't complain that the room I checked into was pretty dirty as far as the carpet went (looks like that room hasn't been used in a month). Then at one point, maintenance was in the middle of swapping locks from card to card tap sensors, and my door shut properly 60 percent of the time. So finally, I go and ask about getting checked into another room on Sunday and they turned me down. I basically was about to make a call to make other arrangements to go somewhere else, and I get a knock on my door that they'll move me . Okay, sweet. So I moved into this new room and while stuffy I was pretty happy. Well, then I get notified that I had to leave earlier and make other arrangements for another hotel while I was at work . A bit perplexed, I went to the hotel that night, and "Andrew" pulled up my account, and there were no notes, and my stay was approved until the 25th. So this morning, I get another call from "ALE" explaining that I need to be out by the 13th as the room is booked. Hey how about give that room 147 to those people since at least it was okay for me to put up with a dirty floor the first week (I didn't even complain about to you guys about, loud people that stayed up all night doing a boot dance of some sort for 2 weeks. Naw, the only thing of my initial gripe was water dumping all over my freaking food, and eventually, the toilet became ridiculously annoying. Hell I didn't complain about the construction workers using the two rooms and I( also agree with how he has had to do the renovations is the most bizarre way which becomes annoying for guests and difficult for contractors to get work done efficiently). Kim and Desiree didn't bother even trying to make any other arrangements nor seem concerned of the fact of any of the bs that I put up with what so ever. I'll never stay here, and I'll be sure to let others know of 2 weeks of bs I got to deal with. Don't worry, Kim and Desiree. I got plenty of pictures and videos to share with anyone who wants to know what a great 3 star hotel with such a caring accommoding management team you really are. Andrew cool , Anthony cool , Jenni exceptional cool! Decent breakfast though I get up for work at 4:30 so mainly took part of that on the weekends. Otherwise screw this place.

The nightmare started at check-in. I always use the pre-check-in feature to get my mobile key and head straight to my room. When I arrived, the manager on duty actually tried to argue with me, claiming that using the mobile key process was "illegal." After that absurd power trip, they made me wait forever for a room. Despite my request for a high floor near the elevator, they stuck me on the first floor. Then came the key fiasco. The physical key didn't work. The mobile key didn't work. I hiked back to the desk, the manager made a new key, and--shocker--that one didn't work either. His excuse? He told me the mobile key takes "10 minutes" to activate. I stay at Marriotts constantly; that is a blatant lie and a pathetic attempt to cover for their broken system. The property itself is a total letdown. It looks drab and dated for a relatively new hotel, and they don't even offer EV chargers. I usually choose this brand for the consistent quality, but this specific location is absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
