I took my vehicle to Frank since my leather seats are seeing rips and cuts to have the leather replaced. I have came in their business for a total of 4 times. Here are the facts from my visit: Pros: - Frank provided a website for me to order my leather myself - Frank is somewhat flexible at times with requests Cons: - Despite telling me that they'll call me back to pick up my vehicle, this has never happened. I came back each time guessing whether they've done the work or not. - Each time I come back, I see my car not worked on. - Frank kinda BS his way through. He supposedly ordered leather patches, this didn't really happen or used on the car since he just purchased the leather for the car seat and installed it - The lady in the front is kind of rude. I told her about my conversation with Frank on coming in within a week, she basically told me it is two weeks or none - The lady in the front made an appointment with me to bring the car in. I came in accordance to my calendar, she told me I was a day earlier. Why didn't she just call me ahead of time to ensure the dates are correct? Someone is off here, but this could have been sorted out ahead of time with a simple call right? - They had me come back twice to install seat covers (3-4 hours of wait in total) for 3 seats. The average install time per seat is about 15-30 minutes. They never called me to come back and pick up my vehicle after the vehicle has been completed. Why is this? I really wanted to give them great reviews as I put high regards to local business as a business owner myself but I simply can't. It's just hard to work with a business that don't respect their customers. They always told me they'll call me for an update. I don't remember them ever doing so. When I do call them back checking on status, Frank wasn't happy and told me he was busy. Seriously? Who isn't busy? I was trying to help him in getting the right upholstery with a picture so we can avoid another mishap. Am I getting BS'd here and being bamboozled? Seeing their past reviews, I sincerely hope it was my experience too. Unfortunately, it's hard to give them good reviews as a customer when I show up to check in my car, I see them working on someone else' car while mine's left in the dust when I had an appointment and was here ahead of others. As you can tell from this review, I am super annoyed by the follow-up or the lack of. Everyone is busy and everyone's time is precious. When your time is not being respected as a customer while they got just one car to do besides yours and shop not busy, it is definitely NOT ok. Hopefully, you're on your best behavior and they like you when you show up for your upholstery request. If not, well, the run around is just the beginning of your nightmare. Frank is great! He restitched my seatbelt and replaced the latch plate/ clip on my Acura CL Type S. My Recaro Seat bracket's seat belt buckle was too short, the extender I bought was not compatible with the seatbelt latch plate/clip so I went to the junkyard and got some off a TL base model.
