I first reached out to Rick on Yelp and he actually responded even though the shop was closed and it was his day off. He told me to stop by for a quote, and when I came in he took the time to look over everything carefully and explain my options. My Honda S2000 convertible top is shrinking and the rear glass had fallen off, which is not an easy job. Rick offered to glue the glass back in at a very fair price, but he was very honest and said he couldn't guarantee it would hold because the top is shrinking. What really impressed me was that he said if the glue repair doesn't work, he would credit the cost of that repair toward a full top replacement. That level of honesty and fairness is hard to find. He also looked at my seats and told me that if I bring in seat covers, he can wrap them for me, and he gave me a fantastic quote for that work as well. Rick was extremely patient and let me ask a ton of questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he really knows his craft and cares about doing things the right way. I also saw some of the other cars he was working on and the quality of his work looked excellent. He is busy (for good reason), but he was still able to fit me into his schedule about two weeks out. I'm really excited to have him work on my S2000 and get the car looking brand new again. It's not easy to find honest shops anymore, but Rick is definitely one of the good ones.

This company bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and to make sure everything was prepared prior to my arrival. I was so impressed by the finished product. I'm so glad I chose the Tuscany leather. It was worth the money. Definitely recommend Coach Automotive for your next interior. You won't regret the investment. After making an appointment to…read morelook at fabric samples in their showroom, we were disappointed because we didn't find any appropriate fabrics (end use: upholstery) in the colors of my daughter's room. The man who was on site that day was nice but not helpful. In emailing Dyan later, I wrote that perhaps we should have come when she was there, because she might know the memo books better, and could point us in the right direction to find an upholstery fabric in a lavender or lilac color. Her response was that "Lavender and lilac are not popular in today's fabric industry, but we do have a selection of white upholstery fabrics." First of all, she's wrong. Mills and fabric houses offer plenty of options in lavender, lilac, and other shades of light purple. Just look at Kravet's, Robert Allen's, or any other to-the-trade website. I worked in that industry for 20 years. Second, that wasn't what I asked. I asked for her help, and I was told the color I was seeking wasn't popular and I could try a white fabric. (Of course you have white fabric!) This was not helpful, and to be told that what I was looking for is not popular is borderline rude. Her response put me off so much that I've delayed the project for a year. I'm now beginning the process with another upholstery shop and am reminded of my negative experience with Dyan at Dan's. Maybe if you get a better salesperson, you'll have a better experience. But I'll never recommend Dan's.

On the blue section, and there was some over-spray and it has a yellowish green tint. It took him a few quick minutes to mix some dye and he didn't really spot check for match. I asked if he could match it better but he said it could make it worse. There was also over-spray. Frankie just blocks off the untouched spot by holding a piece of cardboard. It wasn't precision and care. Also, deep scratches could be sanded, smoothed and polished to match, but he doesn't go to this level of service. He just applies putty over it and lets you know it will leave a lump. However, the match on black was very good, almost perfect. But it felt rough due to the over-spray. Overall, I had expected a more precise hand polishing process and care for matching, but it was just quick spray paint. Deep scratches really didn't get resolved. The car is now a collectors item. I was hoping for a level of quality that matches the prestige. EDIT In response to the owner; I do not use Yelp much and do not write many reviews. But they are bad experiences that are memorable enough to share and I provided evidence (invoices and pictures) to support it. The owner's lack of accountability in his response should be a concern. I've had someone asking about his work the past few weeks (2025: 9 years later) and it prompted me to help this person and update the review and even tone it down a tad for the owner's benefit. 1 and 2. The pictures uploaded appear the same quality as the original but resized. Don't believe otherwise as the owner leads you to believe. Many of you have uploaded pictures and know this is is a lie. I believe Yelp will also dispute the owner on the quality of their site. 3. As for repairing scratches, I had no issues and mearly shared the level of service ($350 - in 2016 dollars) for the community, but the owner has a problem with me sharing it. 4. The car was just as pristine in 2016 as today 2025, 1,500 miles later. I have the invoices on the work, dated before Frankie's job. In fact, I should probably write a review on it since the owner seems to have a problem with me not writing good reviews, especially if it is redundant to many other good reviews. 5. The owner is lying about the date of the job and timing of my review. The job was done on 2/6/2016. My review was dated 5/7/2016. I moved away from the area June 2016 and was very busy with preparing for the move and finishing up my life there. 6. The owner claimed he could make it right, but as he mentioned during the job, he did not want to fix the mismatch. I had no reason to contact him further. I moved to a different area a few months later and had more important concerns than the owner's job and was fine with just writing a review. The owner needs to own it.

While he knocked out my install, the owner, Jack, took care of another customer who had a quad tip alignment issue from another shop's install. It was perfected in under an hour. If you own a Tesla or any high-end car and care about quality, this is absolutely the place to go. Joe, the owner, is always welcoming and clearly pours his passion into the business. You can tell immediately how much he values his team. He treats his staff like family, and it shows in their work. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

Everywhere I called, I was quoted ridiculous prices. I needed a non-OEM windshield, no camera, no sensors, yet the prices were still $350 minimum, and some places even said plus tax on top of that. After all that, I found this place and decided to call. From the first minute, the conversation was completely different. They told me straight up that they work with glass wholesale and could give me a really good price. When they told me the final price, I didn't even hesitate -- it was the best quote I got, and they were able to take me immediately. When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, offered water, and told they would take care of everything. I could wait there or leave and come back later. There's a McDonald's just two minutes away, so I went there, grabbed a coffee, relaxed, and by the time I came back, the job was done. I used yelp's "Get Pricing" quote tabs is collect some quotes. Most shops responded by telling me to come in, so they could give me an estimate. Not even a ball park figure. Um, why did I go to all the trouble of taking 5 clear shots of all the work I needed and including a concise description of exactly what I wanted to be done only to still have to come in for the quote? I mean why offer the quote option at all? So only a few places actually sent me quotes. Those are the only ones I engaged. Thankfully, one of them was Bay Colors Refinishing. Their quote of $3000 was the lowest, tied with another shop. The others were $3500 and above. I decided that it would be between Bay Colors and the other shop since they offered the same price and both averaged 5 star reviews. So I took it to both of them to get estimates based on actual visuals. Really, who has the time and trunkloads of gas money to go to all these other quote-less guys? I went to Bay Colors first. Kathy who handled communication was great. Always prompt and friendly. When I got there, the owner, Tri (like in tree) was under a car doing work, but soon stopped just so that I could get the estimate quickly. He said he would honor the quote of $3000. I was pleasantly surprised he was actually willing to straight honor the quote! I drove to the other place. The guy making the assessment quoted $4700! I almost laughed, but bit my tongue to be nice because at least he had let me use their restroom. As I was quietly and hastily side-stepping back to my car, he saw I was trying to escape, and quickly said, 'How much were you looking for?" Me: "Um, $3000..." Him: Silence. I would've burned rubber out if there, but didn't want to push the Honda's older engine. I also wanted to rush home to check the mirror to see if my smile was somehow seriously betraying a gullible-fool face. I mean how do you hike it up $1,700?? Even if you were thinking you were willing to come down half of that during bargaining, do you really believe I would accept $850 over the online quote?? Not to self: Adjust smile to look more intimidating and less moronic. (If you want to know the name of the shop, message me. I didn't actually use their services, so I don't feel like calling them out.) Another thing I also appreciated about Bay Colors is that after bringing my car in, Tri did find things that could have legitimately hiked up the price. But he said even with the extra work, he would stick to the quote. I got the sense that he truly wanted to help take care of me and my car, not just rack up a quick buck. So I chose Bay Colors and eventually dropped the car off there. When I was about to leave Kathy asked me how I was getting back home. I told her I would be BARTing back to Oakland. They ended up calling and paying for an uber to take me to the BART station! One of the best customer service experiences of any kind I've ever had. After a few days, I went to pick up the car and it looked great! I did notice that the hood still didn't completely close all the way as I had mentioned when I first brought it in and pointed it out to Tri again. He soon went to work on it quickly, and made sure it closed right. On top of that they had even meticulously vacuumed the interior! I'm really glad I chose Bay Colors. Even though it's in Hayward, and I had to BART down from Oakland, it was definitely worth the trip!

I reached out to a local Bay Color Refinishing Auto-body shop being all stressed and worried I was surprised by how easy it was to make an appointment. Kathy took the time to explain everything and assured me that the spoiler would be as it originally was. I would like to mention I did take it to another detailer right after the incident and wasn't happy of the quality of work. After some online research I spoke to Kathy over the phone she was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They took my car in, and within just five days, I had my car back with a brand-new spoiler that was perfectly matched to the original paint. Like WOW!!!! The quality of the repair was outstanding, and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I'm especially grateful to Guy, the office team manager, for ensuring everything went smoothly and stress-free. Thank you again for the fantastic service! Will I be back, yes and would I recommend Kathy and team defiantly. My husband took a picture with the man with the magic hands.

Definitely recommend and would call again for another fix! Update: They fixed my window quick, but I heard hissing from the window soon after driving my car. They came out to check it and forgot to pull the exterior gasket the first time. Said it was okay. I drove my car again and the hissing was still heard. Once they came out the third time, they were pretty reluctant in uninstalling and reinstalling the window until going on a test drive with them in the car to hear the hissing is still persistent. After the third visit, the hissing is no longer heard. Safe to say, probably an installation issue. Make sure to fully inspect their final work when they are done. I most likely won't be calling again for another fix. At least it was under workmanship warranty.
