I subsequently brought the same drapes into Marathon Green Cleaners and the owner John, said he could fix them if I had patients and some time. During the next two weeks John had the drapes re-cleaned, opened up and repair the previous damage and press the drapes making them look like new. John went way beyond what most dry cleaners would do and took a personal interest in helping out a New Customer. The younger woman is consistently sour, never offering a smile or greeting when you walk in. The owner seems to be on some kind of power trip, acting as though she's the only person who's ever done laundry. She will only be a nice person to you IF you are using them to do your laundry using them as the service provider and washing your clothes in machines that also wash barn animals linens. Also DON'T park in the front of the laundry mat or the owner will give you nasty looks the whole time! There are plenty of parking spaces and they should be available for people who are doing their laundry. These ladies seriously need to take a course in customer service! CONS: - The DRYERS DO NOT DRY - Doesn't matter how much money you put in your clothes will still come out wet - Farmers in the area clean their barn linens in the machines. The place smelled so bad of barn animals and horses - there is no way putting in your personal clothing in there is going to make it come clean - The laundry ladies will intentionally use the low cycle for all of your clothing so you end up paying way more for the service - PIG AND CHICKEN BARN LINENS ARE BEING CLEANED RIGHT BEFORE YOU ADD YOUR CLOTHES If I could give them a 0 star rating I would! WORST DRY CLEANERS ...EVER! Brought in 6 shirts, they lost…read moreone, damaged one and didn't clean one. Store usually smells like garlic (gets into your clothes) and the man-boy behind the counter looks/acts like he lives in the back of the store. Didn't tell me at first that they lost one of my dress shirts, but said rather that it was 'still being washed'. When asked why it would be washed separately from my other shirts, he finally admitted it was lost. Next shirt had an adhesive stain around the collar. Tried to blame it on the stick tag but the only issue was that this was a custom made shirt that never had any tags on it, ever. I also had an exact replica shirt in a different colour to prove no markings existed elsewhere. Last shirt had a massive rip in the sleeve in an area I've never seen a shirt rip before and would have clearly noticed before bringing it in. The man-boy had the audacity to ask me never to come back after that experience ...I asked him what made him think I would ever come back?
