I even tried to explain to the owner how much Levi 501's cost and my phone calls were never returned. Warning!!!! Warning!!!!! I have been a customer for the last 2 years and I always bring all of my designer clothes to this business. After a fourth mistake within three months, the employees are not dry cleaning my clothes....they are washing and drying my expensive clothes, causing damage. I had two outfits get small in size and one shirt getting holes, and it also got small in size. This cleaner was charging me for dry cleaning, but was actually doing a normal wash and dry, destroying my outfit, pants, and shirts. The owner was very rude and called me a liar about my damaged clothes. Please do not experience your clothes getting destroyed. Go to another place of business. They don't dry clean your clothes... they wash your clothes. The owner doesn't care about good paying customers or if your clothes get damaged by her employees. read more

I have been looking for a cleaners in the Victorville area, and thought I found one. Not! I went into Super Cleaners and there was one lady at the counter and a man in front of me and a gentleman behind me. There were two women behind the counter putting up clothes and one lady helping the lady in front. One lady said we'll be with you in a minute. Well a few minutes went by and the man in front left. A few more minutes went by and the man behind me left. I then asked if someone could help me and the same lady said we'll be with you in a minute. I told that I couldn't stand long. This is this worst place to go for dry cleaners I went to I dropped off my clothes I went back to get my clothes they told me they were not ready I came back almost a week later for them to tell me my blouse is LOST, they did not tell me this the first time I went, I was told it may be at the other location I went there my blouse was not there the girl in front was no help at all she did not care I was upset my blouse was stolen by one of her employees she did not make the situation any better, it was the principal behind it I dropped off all 5 pieces of clothing together so I should receive all 5 pieces of clothing. What if my shirt came from a love one now I no longer have it. I looked on line and the blouse is no longer available, I really regret I went there They do not care about their customers. I went to pick up my suit and my wife's dress for my sons wedding and the young man at the counter tells me he doesn't have my articles.I had handed him two stubs as I was also picking up my son in laws articles.He tells me that my suit and my wife's dress had already been picked up and dismissed me and proceeded to work on his computer. So I asked him to check for my clothing and handed him the receipt so he got up and found my clothes and proceeded to tell me that it was two separate transactions and I should have told him so.I proceeded to tell him that the fact that I handed him two separate stubs would indicate two transactions.At that he placed my items on the stand and walked away.Cost me $93.00 and no thank you or apology. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Picked up my dry-cleaning only to discover upon getting home that there was another customers 4 piece order mixed in with mine AND the jacket I gave them to clean looked - and smelled - as if it hadn't even been touched. I called them to let them know then had to drive 45 mins back to their store. Not only were there no apologies or thanks given for the mix-up and me driving the other customers dry-cleaning back to the store, they wouldn't refund me for the amount they overcharged me for the strangers order! Unbelievable! I will NEVER use this place again and strongly urge others to avoid at all costs. Terrible service and careless with customer's belongings. read more

They usually do a good job but recent experience are making me choose a different dry cleaners. If you do go here, make sure of these things. One of the female attendants are helping you ( they are the nicest and always do a good job(that's why it's 2 stars instead of one ))the male one doesn't know how to respect his word and charges you for a job he barely put any effort into. I came to get the slacks done from a suit, come to pick up the slacks they lost the marker of where they were supposed to be cut and made their own cut off their own judgement leaving my slacks to fit extremely small. It doesn't make sense how they could make a mistake like that and still not do anything to fix it. Initial lady was trying to be helpful but after 2 weeks of back and forth and constant waiting for a response they initially offered a low check amount (not worth 1/5th the value) and said it was all they could do. Then we got Maria Gonzales "daughter of the establishment" forgets to call us back as she claimed she would and when confronted again about them not fixing their wrongs they lower the check $ amount and miss Maria feels dignified and not at all in the wrong to respond with attitude and such passive aggression I would love to see her in person.Maria Gonzales is super unprofessional and does not deserve the management role she has as it's clear she doesn't know how to run a properly respectable establishment. Update to my previous review. I ended up getting my linens from them on Friday night around 7:00 pm. They said they had computer problems so they had to close till they got fixed. My rating remains low because when you called the other locations to get info they would just tell you someone was coming and when you would call back to see the ETA on the person coming they wouldn't answer the phone. No one showed up till 7:00 pm. I waited 2 hrs and 30 mins. Others waited a lot longer. read more

after the bad experience i had dropping off my sweatshirt it got even worse. i took it only because it had an ink mark on it. i specifically asked about it at the time i dropped it off and it's still there now! my wife picked it up and the lady told her that they can't remove ink. just a terrible business with idiots that either don't know what they're doing or lying. read more

Used this cleaners two times, both bad experiences. The first time, I requested four items dry cleaned and one item laundered. The initial contact person, I believe her name was Norma, told me that I had to pay upfront which was different. Next, she told me that my one item couldn't be laundered. After two minutes of back and forth, I said I would just go somewhere else. At that time, she said that she would launder the item. I go back days later and the item was dry cleaned. When I picked up the items, I was told by a second (more polite) person that it is not a requirement to pay upfront (as I figured). Second time, I asked for one reinforced cuff and a launder. I pick the items up, the cuff was uneven and the same item was dry cleaned. The name at the top of my ticket.........Norma!!!!! I am not sure what is going on in this business, but I don't have time to figure it out; my business goes elsewhere. read more
