So they charged us for shocking pool since it was turning green... and pool service on top of it. 4 weeks later pool is really green and dirty. Now they knew the house was for sale on nobody lived there! Hence they changed us and never did anything. House gets shown the clients and they complain about pool being in horrible state. I call on a Friday speak to Jeff he tells me he will take care of it right away. We go there Sunday pool is dirty and green. Obviously nobody had been there. I call again. Come Monday pool is still the same of course he says he'll be there Monday morning to clean it. Never shows! There is a reason why Jeff has 1.5 stars. I would give him 0 if possible. He took advantage of a single mother and has no business calling himself a "SuperDad". He charged for a service and still has not come out to finish the job. Take a look at the pictures-- It's sad and sickening. He charged my mom for a service that he convinced her into getting, and didn't even fix the reason he was called out initially: to fix a leak. Clearly, considering the pool is half filled and the light (where the leak was) isn't flushed against the wall, would go to show that he doesn't do his job correctly. Not only that, but the service he convinced my mom into getting (resurfacing the pool) was done horrifically. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Please, heed the other reviews and warnings. This man quoted me $140 to clean my pool, he arrives to the property before even seeing the pool and slaps another $ 60 on because of the property. So now what went from $140 has increased to $200 per month we were OK with that. This man yelled at me the whole two visits. He was here because he hated my pool and he didn't like the pool. I requested pool maintenance for a month and a half while we were out of town this summer. I also requested the company replace the pool filter. It was difficult to get the company to send a confirmation of service email, which I made 5 calls to get. However, they promptly sent me an invoice that I paid; and another invoice on the first of the second month for a whole months service. (which I also paid) I came home a little early and found my filter clogged with leaves, the pool pump cavitated with no water moving through, and the pool pump running with zero pressure. The pool had leaves on the bottom, 4 dead frogs and a lizard, a crawfish. This service should rated lower than 1 star and I do not recommend this company under any circumstance. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Called the company two weeks ago! I went to his website and saw that he's truck said they were a "Christian" company, so I said to myself, that this would be a company I would like to do business with. His website said that the 1st month would be FREE. The owner Jeff came to my house and immediately looked at my 3 week old "NEW" pool and stated that he had to "Shock my pool" and that it would cost me $80.00. Take it or leave it... he said.. So then I asked him about the 1st month "FREE" and he stated that it did not apply to me and gave me a whole lot of reasoning, why it did not apply to me. Although, it said one Free month everywhere.. At this point, I needed the pool cleaned and I told him to take care of the pool and he proceeded to throw less than a cup of some powder into the pool, and grab 2 bags of my personal salt bags and used them in my pool and left. Stating, that he would charge everything to my debit card "NO CONTRACT" just verbal....and that he would send one of his Reps to clean the pool the following week. The following week when his Rep came to clean the pool, I asked him about the "FREE month" and that the owner Jeff had come to the house and used my salt and that I did not think it was worth the $80.00 and that I would be looking for a new pool company soon. I guess after the conversation the pool rep told Jeff of my intent.. Today, I called the company's phone number and Mr. Jeff answered the phone and as soon as a told him that I was going to terminated his services he proceeded to insult me verbally, threatened me with physical harm, called me every name on the book and stated that he would come to my house to kick my "..sss called me a Mother F.........." Seriously..., this man should not be in business.... I told him with the little time I had to talk "because he was cursing, insulting" while I was talking, that if he came to my house or any of his representatives I will have him/ them trespassed from the premises. Called many times and finally get him out to the house and pre paid him w/credit card. No services ever rendered, he shows up and does not do anything at all. Talked to our roommate who is also the home owner stating all these things that need fixed before he can do a thing. He has our payment and nothing done , not even chemicals. Like many others, I hired Jeff because he owned a "Christian" company and because he offered first month free. He came to my house on initial visit with his autistic son, which touched me because I also have an autistic son the same age and he seemed genuine but I did sense he was shady and very pushy. I should've listened to my gut and kicked him out. He told me initially first free month didn't apply because of blah blah and blah .. then said it would cost me extra for a new filter and to shock the pool .. $200 later he started service (I understand paying for the filter, but service was supposed to be free) I had service for almost two years overall but worked a lot of hours and so never personally saw what the guy was doing .. I just knew it was never actually clean ... when my schedule changed, I personally observed the guy: come throw in chemicals and leave four minutes later ... multiple times!!! arrive with a female and child in his truck and the kid was screaming from truck while he worked ... Maybe 7-8 minutes this time? I never not once saw him clean the filter .. I started doing it on my own and paying my son to wash it I spoke to him TWICE about the cleaning and he apologized and vacuumed pool .. that once ... the other time it looked cleanER but was still not clean .. I do better when doing it myself I also asked him about algae that developed WHILE THEY WERE SERVICING MY POOL and asked that he address it .. he said he would .. he didn't .. I called Jeff few weeks later ... Jeff said he'd address it ... never did .... Jeff called me months later in regards to my debit card number having changed and I asked again ... Jeff went off on me! He was soo rude, demeaning and disrespectful ... absolutely unprofessional and kept cutting me off every time I'd try and say something .. I told him friends who work with pools said they should have addressed it months ago and his response to me was screaming and insisting "WHO?! What are their names?!! You're lying! There is no one!" he stated he'd come look at the algae and let me know what he could do ... (of course he never showed up or called to cancel) ... He told me if I didn't pay his bill he was sending it to collections .. though I had immediately apologized and explained to him when he called that my debit card was lost and replaced and that was reason for it being declined .... he scoffed and told me didn't need my business cause he makes 600,000 a year ... I ended up paying the final bill through an app and emailing him to immediately cancel my service .. I got no response from him DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Our pump went out and he and his son came out to fix it the same day. We thought this is great, they're reliable. We signed up for monthly maintenance and the guy was supposed to show the next day. No show, No call! We called the next day and they stated he will be out that day. The guy is running behind. Nothing.... finally the guy shows up 2 days later. This company only comes out 1 x a month but charges you as if they come out weekly. Next month, no one came out but my card got billed. So we call (at the end of the week) to only get cursed out by the owner when we stated "no one had come out". We ended up cancelling service. A week later the guy showed up to try and clean our pool. While the owner sounded very legitimate and serious about his job and commitment to his work he NEVER showed up after promising FOUR times to come evaluate the pool. When we called the owner, Jeff, he said his wife made a mistake but they never took off the charge. When we called again, he said they were not going to take off the charge because his wife said we "owed" them the money and started yelling, cursing, and threatening us. We've been dealing with this company for maybe 2 years. Nothing but Problems. We have constantly called the owner about the pool not being maintained. Most recently, over the last few months our pool has been green. Even while his workers were coming once a week to clean it. Last year we purchased a new filter, had him install it, and over the last few months they haven't cleaned the filter or vacuumed the leaves out the bottom of the pool. This could have caused us to need to but another pump!! Telling us our pool has a leak and wanting to charge a ridiculous amount for leak detection. Once we'd had enough, we called our credit card company to cancel and the company required him to be o. three way to cancel. He became irate, and began cursing. He is what everyone else says he is. The most Unprofessional person ever. Oh and I have the same story about the son peeing in the back yard. But to make matters worse, my 9 year old daughter was sitting at the window with me when the son started to pull it out!!! Experience with them was awful. We paid up front for them to come 4 times that month. They showed up once and cleaned the pool yet the pool filter was not cleaned nor properly taken care of and the filter pressure was double what it should have been. When we called to ask about it the owner said he would have his guy fix it when he came out this week. Well the guy never showed up to clean our pool this week. My husband and I both work from home so we would have seen if they came. Plus we never got a call from the guard gate and we never saw them on our security cameras. When we called the owner to ask why the guy never came he told us that the guy did come and that we are delusional and must have missed him. I have been absolutely terrified of going into my aunts pool for the past year. Superdads offer a green to clean pool service at an unbeatable price (the pool looked more like a mix of brown and blue, absolutely disgusting) I called every pool service i could find and none were no where near Superdads. I decided to give it a try at such a low price and give my aunt an early birthday present. All I can say is WOW. I haven't seen the pool this clean since they first got it. My kids could not resist and are in the pool as we speak. It's great to actually be able to use such a beautiful pool again and I'm glad to know that there is such great professional pool service out there at great price. Awesome job!!!!! read more

Wish I could give him a zero. This is the worst person I have ever worked with. In my opinion anyone that gives this guy a high water mark be be a friend or a relative. He is a complete zero. Here are the facts. I paid this guy $1,030.00 to find the leaks in my pool as I had a $400.00 or so water bill. He came out and the guy said he found them all and fixed them. Next month I get my new water bill and it is pretty close to $1,400.00, I think it was $1,391.92 cents but I may be off by a few cents, not dollars though. So now I had to hire a REAL leak detection company and not one ( HIm ) who says he is. They found two leaks, one in the return and one in the light fixture in the pool which he said he fixed. Plus I hired a plumber to make sure their were no other leaks around the home. He confirmed that the only leaks were in the pool and actually could see the leak at the return back to the pool. The guys who do the leak detection laughed when I told them that Super Dads sealed the light to fix it. They said that was like putting a bandaid on a knife wound. So they opened the light fixture and found a leak in the conduit. Not at all fixed and would have kept leaking and bleeding my money but Jeff will want to blame me for his terrible work. Plus there was a huge leak at the return. I have numerous letters from professionals that attest to the fact that he did a poor job and never found nor fixed all the leaks. LASTLY I BOUGHT A AUTO POOL CLEANER AND my pool is much cleaner then it ever was with him cleaning it. Run away from him is my advise and he is one very nasty man, verty obnoxious and even called my wife and told her to tell me to meet me at Publix and we will hash this out like men. When I got the message, he called me a coward for being smart and not showing up. Clearly demonstrates that this guy may be unstable and resorts to violence when he does not get his way. We were having issues for about a month involving an employee of this company not showing up to clean and also when he did show up he would just throw chemicals in pool and leave. I contacted Jeff the owner of company and he said he himself would come out and clean pool. Instead he sent the same employee BK to our house. They were supposed to acid wash our pool when we went on vacation. They drained the pool, blew a hole in it with the pressure cleaner, killed our lawn in the front and backyard by dumping acid from the pool, refilled the pool through our water system which caused us to have our softener and sulfur guard re bedded at a cost of $1,200.00 each (our water service provider says any pool service knows not to refill through the system). They at first refused to accept responsibility for the leak until the hole until it was pointed out to them, refused to clean the stain the leak caused on the gunite surface and only replaced the grass in the backyard saying the grass in front "would grow back in". When I refused to accept this response, the owner began threatening me saying he "would see me at Publix or 7-11 sometime". We are refusing the charge on our credit card and would advise anyone to stay away from this company. Judging by the number of bad reviews they have I would say we are not the minority in this case. I have called many pool repair/service companies in the PB county area. I had three say they would get back to me and did not. One said they would be out and never showed up. Jeff was the only one who got back to me right away, and he promised to come the next day to check on my extremely loud pump motor. He did, and showed me that our "friend" had installed our pump motor upside down and water was getting in the vents. There was also a seal on the wrong side of a plate. He first tried to reinstall it right and it was working for a short while, but had to return the same day when the motor quit. He then removed it and advised us to seek a warranty replacement. We did, he came back and installed the new motor for us and it's working perfectly. Oh, and the original charge to attempt to fix the broken motor was the only charge. Yep, he came back twice and when he finally left the job was done right. This guy rocks, and if you need a repair call him. Highly recommend Super Dad's. read more
