I went yesterday and I wish I had not. First, I arrived early and filled out where I said do not touch and asked for medium. I waited until they took me to the room and I changed fast so the appointment wasn't late. The masseuse did not come for another 10 minutes. It is all visible in camera. She was really rough on my back. She also did not avoid my injury until I told her multiple times and still did not. Most of all, she was absolutely terrible, it felt uncomfortable. At the 50 minute mark, she said "we're done" and I said "we're done early?" and she knew she was too early. So she continued but terribly, picking up her phone which was obvious because she kept stopping and using one hand. Then just scratching my head. You may so, oh its a Chinese massage, I lived in Hong Kong for 12 years until this past August so I know what an Asia massage is, and this is not it. They didn't do the feet during the couples massage, so we added a foot massage after, we were absolutely melting by the end of our time here. Had a great experience until making payment at the end... I made a 30 minute foot reflexology appt, confirmed my service when I arrived. I was taken back 15 minutes after my appt time, had a great massage and then was done 40-45 minutes later. Staff insisted that I pay for one hour massage despite my 30 minute massage appt and only being back in the room for 45 minutes maximum.. I agreed to pay for one hour after clarifying the timing with her multiple times with her since she was so insistent. After I reluctantly overpaid to resolve the issue, she demanded a tip from me. We loved this place, it takes you by surprise how big it is once you are in, they have so many rooms. Everything looks, feels and smells very clean, the ladies are the nicest as well. We came in for a couples massage, he got a full deep tissue and i got half foot reflex. We both enjoyed our massages a lot and will definitely be back. Their prices are affordable, clean amenities, good services and nice staff. Definitely recommended. I'm surprised about how bad people are in their reviews to this business given how great our experience was. RUDE RUDE RUDE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL...not to mention FALSE advertisement. I bought a Groupon for myself and one as a gift as stated you can do in the Groupon advertisement. I called to Book a couples massage and said I bought the Groupon's and was told that we could only use one of them they don't take both. I then tried to book us separate appointments but at the same time and that was not allowed either. I called the second time and asked for what the availability on Sunday was and they said they don't use the Groupon's on the weekend. We then got an argument over this not being on the advertisement and they told me they'd have a manager call me back. No one ever called me back. So today I called and after reviewing the GrouponAnd seeing if there was any FinePrint describing any of the stuff and seeing that none of the things that they told me were in the Groupon description they told me once again we can't use the Groupon's together we can only use them one at a time and I said well I read the Groupon again to make sure I didn't miss anything and after the same conversation I said well then you are having false advertisement and I want a refund she told me I can call the Groupon company I said OK I will but you still need to understand that you're falsely advertising and this is poor customer service. She said it does not matter and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been so disappointed. Do not give these people your service!!! Used my groupon voucher here for a couples massage. Made an appointment in advance and they called to confirm day of as well. The inside is clean and sparsely furnished with ambient music playing in the background. Our masseuses were great, strong with their hands and even used their elbows to get our knots out! The massage included back and legs but they did not do our feet unfortunately...however we did get hot stones at the end which were a nice touch. The service was great, but I would recommend that they play the music louder in the room we were in as I could hear men's voices in the background perhaps from the adjacent building or wall? Also the scent in the place was not super inviting, but smelled musty and old. read more

Went in Monday for a couples massage because Groupon was giving a good deal . As soon as we walked in all we smelled was cigarettes.The two workers were escorting us to the rooms when this guy ( maybe the owner? Who knows) says something in Chinese ( I'm assuming that's the language ) to the lady at the front desk for us to come back n pay. We turn back and show her the Groupon and immediately feel the room turn cold! She was so upset that we used the Groupon instead of paying cash at the store. She kept saying " I told you to pay cash in store. I told you" then kept asking us when did we buy the Groupon. The Groupon was $92, $100 in store.. While walking back to the rooms it was a scary black short path to the room with two beds. The lady's asked us to undress . The lady that was working on me was going so light, It felt like she was jus gliding her hand on my back with the oil. I kept asking my partner how hers was going as I was hoping her lady was better than mine since the reason we even went there was for her because of her back problems. Come to find out her lady was giving a rough rub down. She came out with more pain than she came in. Not only that, when her lady pulled the blanket down she started laughing at her with the other worker. So they not only lack at their ONE job but they also body shame. My husband and I agreed this was the worst massage we have ever gotten. After reading mixed reviews we decided to give it a shot in hopes that we had a good experience because we were both super tense after traveling. Not the case. Waste of money and time. Both therapist I am convinced had no training in massage. They literally just felt frantic and like they were moving their hands around with no purpose or idea of what they were doing. We both asked for them to focus on specific areas and they did not. The women at the end I think was trying to wrap up the massage how they usually do with a closed hand rapid movement all of your body but instead she left her hands open and was slapping my skin everywhere. Did not feel good. I also don't like that we were in a couples massage so there was another man giving my husband a massage in the room and this women just had me butt naked with nothing covering me while facing down because she completely took the towel off of me. I've never had that happen and it was very uncomfortable. I don't recommend this place and wish we saved our money. read more

My husband and I just got 90 minutes deep tissue massage. First of all you get a full 90 minutes. Secondly we both love deep tissue but it's hard to find someone that does it well. Both of our massages were amazing. Pressure was outstanding and both therapists checked in with us a couple times for pressure. Bonus was half way through they did hot rock massage - using the hot rocks to massage with. I would much rather go here than any of the massage elements/envy type places which I've gotten massages at. Very nice atmosphere as well. Dimly lit and soothing music. read more

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage. When we entered we were greeted right away and asked about our appointment. We were then asked to pay before receiving the massage. I paid the given Groupon amount which was 100 for the both of us. After paying we were brought to our room. While walking to our room the place seemed cleaned but did have a smell of food of some sort. I'm assuming maybe they were eating. We get our massage which was nice but we were never asked which were our problematic areas or if we had pain anywhere. We had a full body massage but they could of asked if we had any issues or pain that we wanted to focus on. After our massage we got dressed and walked back to the entrance. As we are getting ready to leave, the woman in the front asked us, "how will you be paying your tip?" I was already planning on tipping but she needs to learn YOU DONT ASK PEOPLE FOR A TIP! People tip because they want to and asking how will they be paying for the tip is disrespectful, rude, and not having manners. After this incident we were leaving and the woman in the front began being on her phone. I noticed that they had a card where you can get it stamped and after your 10th visit you get a free massage or something, I asked her if she could stamp the card (mind you she was still on her phone not looking at me) and she said no because I paid the Groupon price and proceeded to be on her phone and then let me know that when I come back and pay the price stated on the board then I can get a stamp. For future reference if the owner or the staff see this post, please learn to have manners! Just an update: I still have knots in my back and I actually have more pain on my back than usual. I'm not sure that these woman, who did the massage, knew exactly what they were doing. By the way...I didn't purchase the Groupon. I called the place first to make sure they had availability. I told her I saw the price on Groupon and she told me to not purchase the Groupon and pay the "Groupon price" upon arrival. That was fine with me. read more

Would not honor Groupon voucher (not expired) After I was told that it was okay and they would honor the voucher when I made the appointment. we drove a hour away and he wanted us to pay him more money because of the the day and time. They Also tried to call and cancel our appointment but called our home number and when we showed up our appointment was cancelled. He then said we could have the next appointment in a hour so we went and got food and came back and that's when he tried saying to cancel the voucher and pay him cash.
