Hired this company to move a visually impaired friend. They broke his 75 inch tv and admitted to it but are refusing to replace it or do anything to rectify the situation. Taking advantage of a blind person is just disgraceful. read more

This move wasn't not smooth. They showed up at the WRONG LOCATION I had to tell them to go to the right location after they waited in the wrong place for a hour! The workers did not know how to pack my U-Box correctly. My sister had to do a lot of the work ....as far as given direction. She knows how to sign a little bit. The workers did not have a clue how to load the box. Working with them was like having a two year old helping you move. Blake is dishonest and not upfront with you. He told me he would be doing my move and he would be able to communicate with me using his tablet. 8 hours before my move, he sent his elderly Father instead. His Father is too old to be moving in Atlanta heat. He struggled to lift my items and did not know how to pack a U-box. His Father became angry when he had to take items out and re-load the U-Box because he packed it incorrectly. I typed up instructions on how to load specific items. Blake told me they would understand and they should refer to the typed instructions for help. They did not. Moving is stressful enough without having to stop every 2 seconds to tell the worker what to do. The workers kept shrugging their shoulders saying things wouldn't fit. After finally getting the box loaded, Blake's Dad started asking for the payment code! The box hadn't been delivered back to U-HAUL and they were asking for the CODE!!! They were going to drive off without securing the box door and making sure the lock was on it. They just stood there shrugging their shoulders again at my Sister. They didn't try to help my Sister close the box door ...when it didn't shut properly. They just stood there watching her try to lift the heavy door by herself. I think there my might be some learning disablities, as well!! In the future! Blake. You should have a check list..comfirming address locations. Maybe a form you can send to your customers. Double check PHONE NUMBERs.... too. Blake didn't call to confirm my move date because he wrote my number down wrong. He didn't think to email me or contact U-haul for the Correct number!! I suggest they have one hearing person work jobs, as well. Hire or have a hearing person or someone to confirm all of your jobs information. My Sister had to rush at the last minute to try to fit items in the box because the box had to be back by 5:00pm. I am going to have to get another box to have what was left to be shipped to me because she ran out of time!!! While I was writing this review... Blake texted me and told me to kiss his a**!! He didn't like the review I left on Movinghelp.com. DON'T HIRE THEM!!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON SAYING THAT ON HERE. DON'T GO BY THE REVIEWS ON MOVING HELP LIKE I DID. I should've listen to my gut on Friday and cancelled my move. I wanted to hire a company that employed disabled workers because I have a disability too. However, the way Blake runs his company and treats his customers is just plain WRONG! Don't do business with them. Spend 40 bucks more and get yourself competent and professional help!! My move was simplistic, but as I was flying in from out of state moving storage units, I needed help. Moving from a storage unit onto a truck should have been a no-brainer. A courteous start via introductions over text messaging with Blake the coordinator/supervisor ended with my being called foul names by Blake himself. One of my "helpers" had torn his bicep and couldn't function, the other helper could barely lift a medium-weight box. I had a timeline to meet and they would not have met it. Furthermore, as a professional logistician with moves domestic and international - I can see that they work slow and would have kept the bill high by an extension of services. Rather than seeing this through and replacing the help with non-injured and capable people, the two folks were dismissed with nobody in replacement and my 2-hour job ended up being an 8-hour DIY. read more

I couldn't be any happier. They showed up when they said they would, they worked quickly, safely, and efficiently. Their customer service is top notch. I would use them again and again. They are deaf, though, so YOU have to keep that in mind with communication. They loaded my Ubox PERFECTLY and carefully. I have no explanation for the previous bad reviews. Blake and his team are truly "super". They arrived on time and kept me notified of their arrival via text beforehand, even reminding me that I would need to have padlock ready for the Uhaul U-Box they would be loading. I originally ordered 3 U-Boxes but Blake and his team worked very hard to fit everything into 1! This saved me quite a bit of money and the headache of keeping track of several U-Boxes. They were incredibly nice, kind, considerate and even made me laugh. I would use them again and recommend them to others. Like I said, they really are "super"! Btw - this is my first review on Yelp! Moving is the worst and I have always hated it! I was moving out of my college apartment and getting ready to move for a job and my mom found superhands movers online and decided to book them! They were by far the Sweetest hardworking kind men I have ever met in my life. They did a great job and finished so quickly. I've moved a few times and this has by far been the best experience. The movers were fantastic! After multiple mix-ups with the uhaul facility that set the movers back three hours, they were quick, careful, and professional despite the frustrating start and extremely hot temperatures that day. This is the third time we've used Super Hands Movers and have never have had nothing but excellent experiences. Always on time and professional. Last move was 3200 sq ft house on a hill that they had to carry everything down. Never complained and were almost able to get the whole house on one truck. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing moving help. read more

After contacting several movers, I decided to go with Super Hands. The crew arrived early and were very courteous. They were very adaptive to my complicated situation where I had to load/unload three different sites. It took longer than expected only because of the rainy weather. There were no horsing around or anything like that. I am not exactly sure what happened with other two reviewers but the price quoted at the beginning was the same at the end. Paid in cash. The night before my move, that was confirmed in the afternoon and already paid for, Blake from Super Hands Movers called to say they had to move my time 1 1/2 hours to accommodate someone else who changed their time the following morning before mine. I indicated this was not going to work with me as we had to be out of the house before 4 pm, and wouldn't work. He cancelled his move with me and told me to find other movers. !!!CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I'm going to be completely honest here. This whole thing started out great but quickly spiraled into an absolute nightmare. Moving day came and the guys were a little late but we were notified ahead of time, so it was fine. Buddy and Ronnie were courteous and moved pretty quickly. When our four hours were up, there was still some stuff that needed to be packed into our truck. The guys advised they could stay an extra hour. Once they finished, they advised that we could pay the extra hour either in cash or through the website (movinghelp.com). They advised that the extra hour would be $52.00. We went onto movinghelp.com and SOMEHOW were charged "additional hours" for $105.00 AND "additional helpers" for $212.00. Instead of $52.00 for the extra HOUR, we were charged a total of $317.00. This is where the nightmare begins. We tried contacting "Blake" numerous times by text to try to sort out the overcharge, however, all it led to was delay after delay and lie after lie on his part. From blaming it on Hurricane Matthew to having been in NYC one weekend... he even accused us of lying... and the list goes on and on. He made several promises to get us our refund, but it took him A MONTH AND A HALF to finally get us our money, and that was only AFTER we filed disputes with our bank and movinghelp.com. "Blake" claims to be running an honest company, however, based on his behavior, or lack thereof, we could not disagree more. As in all their bad reviews, they are going to respond very rudely and deny all of this, but please do a quick search on Yelp etc. and take a moment to read similar reviews. We wish we would have searched more before locking in with them, but that is why we decided to leave this review. I recently used this company in a move in the Atlanta area. At first I got off to a great start with Blake and read okay reviews. I am a single mother so I don't have the extra muscle around the house so really needed help moving out. The day of moving I noticed it became past the time they were suppose to be here SO I HAD TO TEXT THEM only to learn they had scheduled six other moves that same day! Needless to say the were 3 1/2 hours late. One of the men was very unprofessional, hitting on me asking for my number. They said they would use the furniture pads provided and didn't. As a result my items were broken and my brand new $1500 sectional was torn. I then had to keep my rental truck an extra day. On top of that I didn't even use all the time I paid them for and was not reimbursed. Blake claimed he was sending me a check for the extra day of rental (not the damages or unused time!) But it's been a week now and I have yet to see it. I will not be using this company or recommending again. read more
