Carlos and his colleague installed a new shower door for me this week. It works! No leaks. They did the work quickly (about 2.5 hours from arrival to departure, removing the old one --- two glass panes and chrome frame --- and installing the new one). Very reasonable price for the work, including taking the old door away. To get started, Carlos came to my house and measured the shower area. He then went online and found a new shower door that he thought would work (I had suggested a budget for the door). I ordered the door, then after it arrived I called him to do the install. 100% legit!!! I called a few heating and air conditioning companies to get quotes because my water heater stopped working. In the past few years we have used Carlos for several jobs such as painting, installing crown molding, replacing ruined laminate floor boards, and installing replacement windows. We needed a repair for a divider fence between our house and neighbors' house due to a wind event a couple of weeks ago. Carlos was able to get it done efficiently and even suggested upgrades to ensure a more robust fence (4*6 PT posts, longer top plates to reduce stress points, water barrier wrap around post to delay decay, concrete poured to surface level, not underground). Too bad the original "builder" installation about 20 year ago was a low quality job, so looking forward to this repair lasting much longer. read more

Carlos and his team were great, talented, reasonably priced, and open to discussion and changes without trying to overcharge for changes. His team helped me fix 1/2 my house after flooding and was really good about explaining the process and order of work and all his workers were likewise helpful. This was my first big house project, so I definitely learned the importance of communicating every day with Carlos, and whoever the team was that day, to make sure that we were going to get exactly what we wanted because there are so many details. I asked lots of questions and they were all very helpful and patient and committed to making sure I got exactly what I wanted, which was wonderful. I would hire them again. the work required replacing the 2' of flood cuts in 3 rooms of the house with Sheetrock and muting and taping and retexturing so the walls matched and you could not tell the lower portion had been replaced, which they did! they also Re patched the ceiling in the living room which had been damaged when new insulation had been installed and again did such a good job you couldn't see a patch. they also primed the entire 1/2 house and painting the ceilings for us. We painted the walls as we wanted to use limewash paint, which was very easy and had a beautiful result. will use Carlos and his team again for other projects. read more
