Wow not bad ! Had my kids appt at 4pm before 6pm i was out. New patients and 1 of them had treatment done . I was a bit concerned bc of the comments here but everything was pretty good. From front office to back office plus the Dr VERY GOOD ! Impressed . Fast workers and profeconals even tho they are young good job everyone ! I work in the medical field and I notice my son was moving so much so he dropped his drape touch the floor now is contaminated. One of the assistants notice picked it up toss it and grabbed a new one VERY NICE AND CLEAN OFFICE. Not sure what is her name but she had a braid loved the way she works and her technique on handle the instruments to the Dr. I myself work in a OR and we also handle instruments for surgeries . I had a great experience today. They handle me my appt for 6 months and looking fwd for it . They have patience with pediatrics something I dont have is a very difficult field since you also have to deal with the parents. All respect to the staff and Dr! Thank you !!!!! read more

This place with Dr. Hope Penner totally ruined my daughter's smile by installing two front crowns in different level and gave her buck teeth. They didn't inform me any thing during the whole process. Now for my entire life I will regret to take my four years old here and I don't think Hope Penner deserves to be a dentist. read more

She took one Quick Look in my child's mouth and said "ok all done". What?! She didn't ask questions about our routine or what he eats or if we floss etc. I don't even think she looked for a full second at his teeth. Granted they do a good job at trying to make the kid happy with prizes, but we were there for care, it felt very transactional. Felt more like a business than a medical practice. We found another dentist and it was the complete opposite, they talked to us, asked many questions, gave us feedback and immensely more than I could have expected which affirmed my belief that Super Kids operates as a business. If you're able to, I'd highly recommend avoiding this place if you want actual care. read more

I'm really disappointed in this place, first off they over book the waiting room is overflowing with patients/parents waiting for what seems to have the same appt times and then you have a 2hr+ waiting time not including if your child needs work done because they are running behind on how many patients they are taking, keep in mind toddlers don't have patience to wait that long. Quality over quantity is definitely not the mindset here. They do give balloons and toys after a procedure which is nice after having to get any mouth work done which sucks. I brought my son here 6 months ago for his first appt as a toddler was greeted without a name by an Asian female dentist no X-rays were taken and was told he had baby caries that could be reversed with brushing, etc. everything was rushed and if I had any questions to ask her dental assistant and be on our way. Okay as a first time mom not thinking anything of it you trusted what was said. Fast forward 6 months later not only was it overbooked nowhere to sit and had to wait 2hrs to get seen my 2 year old gets xrays done and that same dentist tells me he has 6 cavities and two of those need baby root canals with caps. How did it get that bad? You can hear her and the assistant mumbling in the back that he didn't get X-rays done the first time so that was her screw up because the severity would have been caught on time. Rushing as usual she told me any questions ask her assistant and walked out by my own experience usually the dentist answers any questions you might have before a procedure and gives you options. But no so I was stuck talking to the assistant who did the best she could as I was panicking having to put my toddler through so much work being so young. Everything felt rushed and I felt like I had no other option because it needed to get done so I move forward with what needs to get done, that same dentist ends up doing his procedure she seemed rushed, annoyed. Which I understand having to hear kids crying all day sucks but they are our prized possessions and im assuming she's there because she likes to work with children. At one point my son sounded like he was having a hard time and was breathing through his mouth and choking keep in mind he's 2 I'm sure he felt pain and strapped in a wrap and I asked is he okay and she snapped yes he doesn't feel anything he's upset over the water spraying. Like mam I've had a drill in my mouth, have some compassion! I also told her that I was never explained silver teeth nor given the option of porcelain caps and fillings which I would have been more than willing to pay the difference as it was too late because she was fitting the silver tooth in and she looked over it and I just wanted her to finish so we could leave. Sorry my story is everywhere I'm still upset and kicking myself in the butt for not rescheduling and being more informed. If you come here definitely speak up as you are your child's advocate! Ask as many questions and if you aren't content definitely walk out and get second opinion which I wish I did or atleast like you mattered instead of being a money sign. Waited 6 weeks for an anesthesia referral. Maybe they didn't know how to read it. But we got denied for anesthesia there is no hope that we are waiting for it to get approved. My son has been in pain for 6 weeks. Either they didn't want to tell me it was denied or worse they don't know how to read that the referral was denied. Sad. We just got off the phone with the insurance. We were told to call insurance ourselves by Mariana the manager. How come they couldn't just tell us it was denied? read more

Went here because it was an emergency and my 4year old was complaining of tooth pain. That was 6 weeks ago we were told that an authorization to the insurances was sent. 3 weeks ago I called front desk, because my son is still in pain, and they said they would leave a message to call me back. A week ago mom had to follow up when we hadn't heard from anyone after 5 weeks. Manager Mariana has two hour lunch breaks two times a day and mom was told she would give her a call. mom finally got a call yesterday nearly 6 weeks after initial consultation. I am dad and called again today and was told it could be december becauze we are on a waiting list. which they didnt tell me the day they took my last hundred dollars to hold the spot. because they can only schedule a visit from the anesthesiologist once a month. very sad we came here because all the reviews had 5 stars. manager just told me i should take up the issue with medical and she cant tell me what number i am on the waiting list. my son is in pain and we cannot get a follow up on our case unless me the parent steps in to call the insurance. they didnt say he got only half the referral approved. they couldnt give me a solid answer. Really felt like urgency is not this office concern. we waited 6 weeks. i asked manager who follows up on referrals. she said a different department. so i asked if i can speak to that department and she relied she is the point of contact. My daughter had a filling that fell out and needed to be seen on a Saturday. Turned out she needed a baby root canal and two crowns because the cavity/filling that fell out was in between two teeth. Not only was this so incredibly affordable but they also sealed her permanent molars and provided Nitrous to relax her and ensure she had a good experience. I was really against the use of silver crowns and they were so accommodating and Dr. was able to use white porcelain crowns. We had the best experience and my daughter absolutely loved the staff. The staff is great, doctor is amazing, communicative, and works so well with the kiddos. I am so blessed that we found this place. Thank you SO much for being so great to my daughter today.
