They have new owners so old reviews no longer apply. Date of nail services: Thursday, August 2, 2018 I had a gel nail manicure and a pedicure at Super Nail. They were understaffed, with only one employee present from the time I arrived (around 11:15 am) until about 12:15 pm. This one woman was very courteous with her four female customers. Two were regulars and chatted pleasantly with her. At least two potential customers walked out when they learned that they were understaffed; one made an appointment for the next day. When another employee arrived, my pedicure began. It lasted about 30 minutes. The gel nail manicure took roughly 20 minutes. Because the employee pushed my cuticles with a metal tool without soaking my hands first, it was painful. Before she worked on my left hand, I quietly told her that it was painful. She was much gentler after that. Both employees were pleasant and courteous. I am happy with my mani-pedi. Cost: $68 before tip. I didn't see a price list. read more

I walked in and I was immediately greeted and welcomed in. I had my nails done at someplace in Columbus prior and the owner immediately sat me down and went over how he wanted to fix my nails to make them look their best. He was genuine, funny, sweet and caring. He took his time in perfecting the almond shape look that I wanted. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will continue coming back for fills and the great customer service! So my mom & I stopped in last week around 7pm and talked to the people working. We were looking for a place that did the SNS (dip powder) nails. The people seemed lovely and the customers seemed happy with their manicures. We were told SNS is $40. My mom made an appointment for today. She went in a little earlier than her appointment to let them know she would be close by. They told her to come in and start soaking. They got so busy, never telling anyone to come back, they called in a lady who spoke very little English. She made my moms nails so thick that they feel like acrylic. There is a huge hump in the middle of her nails, she filed so hard she tore the skin on two fingernails & filed them in an oval shape when mom clearly said squared. To top it all off it took over 2 hours for just a manicure & she was charged $58!! Needless to say she will never go back. read more

This place is not good. I wish I could give less than one star. I came here with my aunt and little sister for three mani pedis, one of the manis being a gel one. They had no idea how to remove gel polish. They also removed my sisters polish on nails and toes and painted them without doing any sort of spa service--and there was a TON of her old polish left that was visible on her nails. When we questioned the quality of work, one of the guys drained our pedicure water WHILE we had stuff all over our feet and KICKED US OUT. "We aren't good enough for you, so leave". This place is great. I went with one of the owners kids after school just to use the chairs. When I walked in it had a nice atmosphere. We sat in the back chairs and had a good time. The owners gave us a free foot bath and permission to use the chairs. The owners are very nice and helpful. In all this is a very nice place, I highly recommend it. read more

This is just a toss up depending on who you get. Lucy is wonderful! I used to be able to call and set an appointment with her, but some of the others must not get that return business so the last time I called to do that I was told they no longer do that. The last time that I went here, it was my turn and Lucy was walking up front to get me. One of the other ladies told her that she wanted to work on me, so I had to sit a half hour longer, watching people that came in after me served first just because the owners wife could take me. My guess is because no one comes back for her. She rushed thru and the work was sloppy and sub par. They either need everyone at a higher level, or allow us to set appointments with the people we choose. read more

It had been a couple months since I had gone to get a mani pedi so I decided to go this weekend. I called around 4pm and I was told they had no waiting line. When I show up they were able to assist me right away but the guy who did the work did it way too fast. You would think that with no people there, they would take there time but that was not the case. He barely scrubbed my feet. Even after I told him that it had been a while since my last one. When he started my mani, I had no polish on and he decided to use some sort of sanding tool that made my nails feel super rough, then he brushed them off with a rough brush and then started putting on the base coat. Not once did he put my nails in a bowl to soak. He did about three coats but the edges just looked awful. I was very disappointed and I am never going back there again! read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Paint was chipping within 12 hours. Posted price was $30 and up and I was charged $37 but got no extras to justify the higher cost. Went back to have the nail fixed the next morning and they were going to make me wait over an hour. When you do a poor job to begin with and the fix is only going to take you a few minutes you squeeze them in. Not going to go back. read more

I regret not yelping this place before going in and getting a pedi!! The place is ok, but they have a filthy mess in the back ! I would never recommend anybody to come here ! I told the lady clearly NOT to clip my toe nails short , first thing she does !!!! She made me jump because she clipped them extremely short !!! Almost bled !!! I was like I just told you to be careful and not to cut them short !!!! She apologized , and the guy stood up for her saying they have been doing it for 16 yrs and said I don't care , I specifically said before she started not to cut them short !!! I should've walk out right there but I had my two girls getting their first pedi which I didn't even let them cut their nails! Pedicures are very expensive for a soak in water , risky to nails clip, everything was half ass done !! I have never seen such horrible service !!! My toes hurt from her clipping my toe nails too short !! Never let them touch your feet !! read more
