A typical visit for me is about one to one and a half hours, but my appointment tonight took nearly 2.5 hours for a simple French acrylic set. I also noticed what appeared to be dried blood on the technician's hands, which raised some concerns for me about overall sanitation. In addition, the nail shape often ends up uneven despite the extended time spent on the service. We scheduled an appt for the next day at 1:00, arrived on time, and only had to wait a few minutes. Kara greeted us with a smile and a very professional attitude.
