This place is horrible. I made reservations for my mom, friend, and I to all get manicures at the same time. We show up on time, and they sit my mom and friend right away. They tell me "you won't be able to have anything done for another hour" because they have "other appointments". So I tell them I had an appointment, and they were shocked and said the person who was supposed to do my nails was "sick". Then, my mom asked before anything was done to her nails if a French manicure was alright. They said YES. When they started putting acrylic on her nails, they told her a French will take an extra 25 minutes because it wasn't on the "appointment". They were so rude it's unexplainable. They were even talking bad about me to my mom to the point where she got up and told them to take off he acrylics SHE WAS LEAVING. This is what we have now. DONT GO HERE. read more

Not the worst, but was not necessarily impressed. The technician spent most of our time telling me why the place in California I had my set put on was inferior to him I went in with 4 weeks of growth and one missing nail so he insisted I get a new full set instead of a fill (not completely unreasonable) The way he had me soak my nails off left me with acrylic all over my fingers (took me five minutes to get most of it off my hands) Jnstead of using the dremmel to get the excess acrylic build up out from under my nails he just kept trying to pick it out with his fingernails which was not effective and left my nails feeling chunky and clunky. Wasn't super impressed with the cleanliness (acrylic caked on a lot of the equipment and the technicians' aprons) And there were two dogs barking and sitting in the chair with the technician...not a big deal, but a little unprofessional ‍ read more

I've been getting my nails done for over a year there and I have never had a worse experience. Apart from doing the wrong color which I didn't realize until the coat was put on because it was dip powder, the lady was incredibly rude the whole time. She had earbuds in and was more interested in watching videos on her phone which she did the ENTIRE TIME she was doing my nails. I've never had a nail technician before be so rough and rude and to top it all off when she was done she just walked off and left me sitting there for minutes until her coworker told me I was all done and asked if I liked it. I love this place!! They do a great job and they are very friendly. I love getting the #2 "Margarita Pedicure" because it is so relaxing! Even without the margarita, I love the sugar scrub and the clay mask and the hot towels!! It's amazing!! I don't get my fingernails done on a regular basis, but if I did, this would be where I would go. They have hundreds of samples to look at and they are the prettiest nails I have ever seen! I made an appointment at 4pm and was not seated till 4:17. They took two girls that did not have an appointment ahead of me. The lady started doing my toes and brought out a CHEESE GRATER to remove the dead skin. Then she told me to sit a different chair to get my finger nails done. I originally wanted a gel manicure, but after waiting an hour and a half, I decided on just regular polish. Then another 30 min passed by and I was still not helped so I left. I went to get my nails done today and this second picture is what I asked for and the first is what I got. I paid EXTRA to have ombré and in no way is this ombré or even close to what I wanted. To me personally these look awful, it's one bleh color that's a mix between purple and basically white. The lady doing my nails was also rude when I picked out my colors which would have looked 10x better than the colors she suggested and I unfortunately took her word for it. This will definitely not be happening again if I ever even go back to 3D. Extremely disappointed that I spent $70 dollars on these and they look this stupid. read more

We had an appointment and waited for 20 minutes to be seated. Technician was very friendly, but finished product may be the worst I've had... Just got a fill with gel polish, nothing fancy, but my nails are not straight, fully polished or smooth. They are supposed to be square in shape with rounded corners and have no defined shape. They appear to have a weeks worth of growth by the polish line but were done yesterday and the clear coat appears to have had bubbles in it. I had them done now so I didn't need to redo them before my grandsons baby shower, but will now have to find yet another salon in search of a decent fill. read more

I went in to get a Dip Powder manicure and it took over a hour and a half, sat for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to actually come take my old polish off had 2 different people working on my nails at different times. Super unorganized place...it hasn't even been a week and the top coat on my 3 of my nails has peeled almost completely off already. Also the color looks nothing like what I picked off the samples, the sample was a dark maroon/red and this is what it came out as. Was definitely not worth the $50.00 I spent...wont be returning! read more

This place has the WORST service. The nails come out nicely, but you will be waiting a long, long time. I went in for a pedicure and a fill at 3:00pm. I didn't even get my fill in done because I was waiting for 2 and a half hours. The pedicure took thirty minutes tops and the lady took a chunk of skin off of my toe. The rest of the time I sat in the pedicure chair and waited for them to have me go over and get my nails filled. During this time 6 people who came in after me went and got their nails done. I would have left but my friend had her nails started and was waiting to get them finished. On top of this I only went to this salon because they had 20% off any service. They told me that it was only a specific day yet the sign was still outside. So I spent $32 to sit in a chair for 2 hours and the skin ripped off of my toe. They apologized but at that point I already knew I wasn't going to go back. I would rather go to Walmart than go back to this place again. read more

This was my third time going there. First two times they were friendly and did a fine job. This time my daughter and I were there for over two hours for basic mani for me pedi for her. They left my daughter sit by herself for a full hour. They ran other customers in and out around us. My hand were rough and had dust from the drill all over them. No relaxing hand massage or even the offer of lotion. They even left a chunk of my nail under my finished nail. I told them I wouldn't be back after this experience. Ive been a long time 3D customer. However, I visited 3D for the last time a week and a half ago. I had a 5:30 appointment for a full set with gel polish. I was not sat in a chair until almost 6:15. Two people walked in after I did and were sat & being worked on before I even chose a color (no they did not have an appointment). While my nails looked fantastic, it wasn't worth the almost 2.5 hours I was in there. Between them not honoring their appointment times, and having 2-5 techs work on one single set of acrylics, unfortunately I won't be back. read more

Which the price board says $35 i called and asked he said its a combo if you get polish! 1 color so they charge $35 for nails and $15 for polish what a joke. DON'T BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. IT'S POINTLESS. The first time I went I had a fabulous experience. I was passed around to 3 techs but overall they did an amazing job. Second time I made my appointment for around noon. I waited literally 40 minutes before asking when someone would be available to start on my nails. I was told to come back later that night at 6:15. To make a long story short EVERY TIME I set up an appointment once I arrived I would have to wait close to an hour. Today when I went in for my 6:30 PM appointment, there were literally 6 other women in the lobby before me waiting to be serviced!!!! This place is BEYOND unorganized. Don't bother making an appointment because you'll end up waiting an hour or more for a tech to even look at your nails. I work in customer service as well and I understand that you can't and won't make everyone happy but AT LEAST be able to be honest with your customers when setting up appointment times. If you're not able to fit someone in that day tell them you're booked. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. I am very disappointed with their service and I will never go there again. read more

I have gone to 3D nails for about a year in a half and have had decent outcomes for the price until today. I have always asked for a gel manicure, but my last visit I was pressured into receiving the dip powder given the length of my natural nails. While it lasted for two months, it was very thick and did not feel natural. I expressed my concerns to the owner and another technician, neither of which seemed to hear my opinion. When I asked for gel polish instead of the powder, the owner once again tried to force me to pay an additional amount in order to receive the dip powder. Given the my dislike for the dip powder, the slim color options of the dip, and the owner not willing to give me gel polish due to my nail length (which was just about 2 cm past my fingertip), I opted to remove the rest of my my already nail polish remover-soaked nails and go elsewhere to complete my manicure. I was dissatisfied with the removal of the polish itself, as my nails were left rough and esthetically unpleasing look. Upon paying for the removal, the owner tried to revoke his comments in order to save me as a customer. Regardless of his "apologies", I decided that I will not be returning. I was pleased with a pleasant manicure and extremely nice technician at VIP nails down the street who did a fantastic job for the same price. read more

I have been going to this this salon for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. The overall environment is very accommodating to the customer. The store plays modern popular music throughout the location and while you wait you have the option of watching something on one of televisions as well as looking through magazines. The staff is always friendly and they don't mind explaining the specific techniques to you if you're unsure or curious about a difference between two different things or if you aren't knowledgeable on the subject in general. 3D Nails is always showcasing new colors and well as themes on their manquins so it's nearly impossible to get bored or tired of the nail styles here there is always something new. Ruby is amazing! She always takes her time to make sure you get your desired result. She shapes your nails to your preference and makes sure they are even. She is always surprising me with her own new and unique nail designs and techniques. And she's up to date on the latest trends. Her free-hand work is outstanding. I know if I see a specific design I like online that she could recreate it for me. I wouldn't expect to get the same kind of service anywhere else. :) read more

0/5 stars. i drove over an hour to 3d nail salon because i heard they are talented and affordable. my cousin and i had scheduled an appointment for 2pm on a saturday 4/10/21, we got there on time and still had a wait time. i went in for a balance, i saved my nails for a few weeks just for the whole purpose of growing out my natural nails and receiving a balance for the cheaper price, because its not fun spending over 90$ every 2 weeks for nails whether i have the extra money or not. so i show him the nails i want and he says hes not doing a balance, i have to get them cut n soaked off plus i cant do gel which i wanted i can only do powder... i know myself should have spoke and said "no, thank you though, i can go somewhere else", but i didn't drive an hour for nothing. so my bill automatically goes over 90 for that he tells me. to me it seemed like he just didnt want to go the cheaper way with a balance which made me uncomfortable that he was more focused on money than his clients satisfaction. as im getting my nails soaked off, hes jumping chair to chair between 7 different clients barely getting anyone done plus getting more people in the door, scheduling appointments, and checking people out, changing the tv channel, talking to other coworkers, and not checking on me or my cousin once. i understand hes busy and his other 10 coworkers are as well but he shouldn't be taking more than he can handle. his priority should be the appointments siting in his chair and their time. so after he disappeared in the back for a while, and us being there for almost 2 hours, with nothing done on our hands, we ended up leaving w my acrylics half way soaked off.. read more
