The level of professionalism from both the doctor and staff was shockingly low, especially for an office managing long-term treatment. Communication was inconsistent, and interactions often felt dismissive, careless, and at times outright disrespectful. The office staff were particularly unpleasant to deal with--rude, unhelpful, and clearly more focused on money than patient care. It felt like concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed, which made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Even more concerning is the apparent push for positive reviews through incentives, which calls into question the authenticity of the office's high ratings. It gives a very misleading impression of what patients can actually expect.
