This was one of the worst experiences I've had with any healthcare provider. The level of professionalism from both the doctor and staff was shockingly low, especially for an office managing long-term treatment. Communication was inconsistent, and interactions often felt dismissive, careless, and at times outright disrespectful. The office staff were particularly unpleasant to deal with--rude, unhelpful, and clearly more focused on money than patient care. It felt like concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed, which made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Even more concerning is the apparent push for positive reviews through incentives, which calls into question the authenticity of the office's high ratings. It gives a very misleading impression of what patients can actually expect. Eventually I called Super Orthodontics and they didn't pull any of that. Gave me an upfront price and description of the full process in my initial call. Went in and had a new retainer in a couple hours. They did a full digital scan of my teeth so they can easily make another if I ever need it in the future too. I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure the retainer was good quality and it's still in excellent condition. Fits perfectly. Definitely recommend this office. 10 out of 5 stars
