They were sent out and hired by my property management (I won't disclose at the moment) to test for mold in my garage. The tech lied in this report, maybe reasons why. In his report, he claims he entered into my unit to inspect, which was false. I have my Ring video as evidence & proof that he NEVER stepped foot into my unit. FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration - Damage Restoration Near Me

I initially called to request an estimate, and they informed me that there would be a $295 charge just for the estimate. Once I mentioned that I was not a new customer, they waived the fee. The inspector arrived on time at the property and mentioned that he would call me back with the estimate after consulting the inspector who conducted the testing if any questions arose. However, he never followed up. I called the office, and the secretary assured me that she would contact him so he could get back to me, but he did not. I called again, and the secretary repeated the same assurance, but there was still no response. I decided to call the inspector directly, but he did not answer. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. As a property manager, I drove an hour to meet him and unfortunately wasted valuable time. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Save yourself the trouble and seek a more reliable company. read more

This company came to assess the damage to my condo that was caused by a roofing company that was hired by the condo board. The brand new installed laminate floors were coming up. The guy with the gadget to detect moisture told me I had moisture. Later when the roofing company received the alleged report, they called and told me no moisture was detected and, therefore, no mold. I hired a public adjuster who sent a reputable company, who after a couple of weeks, called me and told me moisture was detected and that I have mold. This company came and clearly wanted to roofing company's business, instead of taking the homeowner's safety into consideration! Be careful what company is hired!! read more

My HOA used this company. Rudest and most unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with. It was Mothers Day morning and they were yelling down the hallways and making so much noise it woke everyone in the house up including my wife who just wanted to sleep in for Mothers Day. When I went into the hall to ask them to keep the noise down and stop yelling. I was then confronted by one of the workers who told me to get back in my condo and started to move closer to the point he was only a foot from my face at which time he said they will do whatever they want. Their work was extremely shotty with cords not taped to the floor creating trip hazards throughout the hallways. This is the most unprofessional company and felt like a bunch of thugs who would rather intimidate or beat up their customers than try and accommodate their customers and act like a responsible company. Getting the dreaded call..'There's a flood in your apartment!'..no, it's not okay & the damages could be devastating in a high rise condo building. My building manager recommended Super Restoration..they arrived within 20-25 minutes of being notified. Thankfully the water flow from the broken pipe was turned off within minutes of the break. Super Restoration assessed the damages & potential problems & within 30 minutes of arriving, had drying equipment setup, helped remove wet damaged materials, removed wet base moldings..basically took control of the situation in an efficient & professional manner. Working with my building's staff, communication the entire way through, cleanup, paperwork & pictures for my insurance claim, answered EVERY phone call I made to them & walked me through every part of this. When Sh*t happens, people get angry & frustrated. Super Restoration will help you. Being realistic with the timeline of the ENTIRE process is on the customer, not Super Restoration. The negtive reviews are becsause most people didn't have insurance, or money to pay for the damages, or lost personal effects during the process..when bad things happen, blame goes around quick. That being said, Super Restoration controleld the issue quickly & minimized further damages. Did I want to pay them money to clean up? Of course not, but I did & my insurance will reimburse me. As a previous reviewer said, the only positive about this company is they show up quickly. After that it was all downhill. I wasted hours dealing with them to send me what they said was standard paperwork. When i finally got it, i was not happy. It did not seem standard. They also do not take American Express, a major card carrier, and wanted me to pay out of pocket because of this. While trying to work with them on this, i was then told, even if i pay, they would have to come back the next day as they had another appointment. On top of all this, they broke the wood transition piece on my wood floor when moving my washing machine. In the end i called another company, got it handled that night, and it was half the price. So to recap.... Incompetent, sneaky business practices and paperwork, not flexible with payment options, way overpriced, and will damage your unit. Complete rip off! Set up air filtering machines after a fire in my business. Later found out that none of the equipment would do a thing for the air until EVERYTHING was cleaned up. They had to know that. For me, it was my first time dealing with a fire. How would I know? I trusted the "Professionals". They never quoted me a price. It took 2 guys 15 minutes to set up. Plugged in machines and left. Less then three days later I found out that I already owed them OVER $7,000. (at a time when my Business was shut down) After the fire I tried to tell them that I did not have Insurance to cover the price and they were not willing to work with me at all. I wish there was an option for no stars here because this company is incredibly unprofessional and did all kinds of damage to my girlfriend's personal property when they were supposed to be dealing with mold in her apartment. They showed up 6 hours late, failed to use drop cloths, splattered paint all over her furniture and decor, broke glass, damaged a frame when artwork was carelessly thrown in bags together with no protection, put a paint can down on bedding that ruined it and then left without even finishing the job. A worker had to be called in for some of the unfinished portion and then they had to return for nearly four hours to clean up much - but not all - of their paint splatter. She presented them with estimates to replace the damaged property and they reimbursed her for only a small portion of that, claiming that their was no proof they caused all of the damage despite the fact that they were supposed to take photos of everything in advance and return it all to the the proper positions. There is simply nothing positive to say about this company and buyer beware if you choose to use them. I've never posted a review about a contractor in my life but felt compelled to do so after what we've experienced with First Onsite. They don't do property restoration. Incredibly unprofessional. I had a signed contract with them where a timeline was laid out and a time is of the essence clause. When I attempted to hold them to that, they walked off the job. Very overpriced, and although they claim to handle all the details after an insurance deductible is paid...the experience is anything but smooth. A month after they have been to a property, legal threat letters begin to arrive. They would not work with me or my insurance and are threatening to legal action. I called Super Restoration to give me a quote to clean and move office furniture stored in a warehouse that was covered with mildew. The representative can out the next day to view the situation and said that I would receive a quote within two days. On day 3 I texted the rep and still no reply. I called the main office and they promised me a quote the next day. After 10 days of the inspection and 3 additional calls to the office I still did not have a quote. Super Restoration had been recommended by an insurance company so I didn't get other quotes. I was under a deadline from my supervisor to get the work done since we didn't want to pay another months rent at the storage facility and I missed that deadline and we had to pay another month for 3 bays over $800. I called another company that sent a rep out to look at the property and I received the quote the next day which I accepted. They completed the work within 5 days after my acceptance of the quote.
