The location is ideal, the space is incredibly clean, the washers accept coin as well as card, and most importantly the staff is friendly and helpful. Every single person I spoke with was absolutely helpful and friendly. It made my time go by quickly on an otherwise very stressful day. My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in and out and my clothes are clean! That's everything I want.

This was my first time using this establishment and I was very skeptical especially given the fact that the name is spelled wrong above :/ , but I was in a tough predicament and the dry cleaners I frequently use said they would be unable to complete the job :(. I have a white queen size, down comforter that my cat decided she wanted to empty her bladder on. I had a duvet cover on it, but obviously that won't stop much. I was absolutely mortified because the comforter is dry clean only. I definitely considered bypassing what the tag said and "handling" the problem myself (go Google search), but my husband insisted we not take any chances, so reluctantly, I went on a quest to find a cleaners that could handle the task at hand. As I stated earlier, my regular dry cleaners said no to the job, so several Yelp searches later and a grim outlook, I came upon Battiston's and decided to check out their website. It was their website that ultimately motivated me to call them. It said they were able to treat cat urine. Trying not to get excited, I called and set up a time to bring the comforter in. Myself and my comforter in a Febreeze scented Hefty trash bag arrived the same day I placed the phone call (it was a Tuesday or Wednesday). I fully expected the job to take at least a week because that was what I was told on the phone, but (surprise #1) they said they good have it ready by that Friday. I reiterated to them that the comforter was stained by cat urine and they reiterated to me that they could still have it ready by Friday. I was asked if I wanted to pay then or when I picked it up (surprise #2), but there was a 20% discount if I paid then. So I did and it totaled to a little over $25.00. Very inexpensive (in my opinion). (Surprise #3) and the final surprise was the job itself! Not only was the stain and odor gone, but my comforter looked divine!!! (It's encouraged to clean them every 3-5 years and this was my comforter's first cleaning, so it was definitely due. I've had it for about 4 years). They did an excellent job. Sure, the establishment itself doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" or looks of a lot of current dry cleaners, but they still got the job done and did it amazingly (so that's all I cared about really...I mean again, I was dealing with cat urine...). I probably wouldn't trade them for my regular dry cleaners, as I have a well established rapport with them, but I wouldn't rule this place out if I needed another option. Try them out...

This facility locked me in doors at 9:45 PM with a lovely older gentleman. The lights shut off and doors auto locked. There are no numbers for contact posted anywhere. I was forced to call 911. It rained last night and due to the help police gave with opening the rear building door I was forced to walk my newly dried clothes, I paid for, all the way around the plaza building to get to my car. I am calling the BBB. No family should ever go through this. My husband was released from the hospital with kidney failure less than a week ago and I am caring for him and he is resting. My four children home what should have taken 10 minutes left me over a half an hr of sheer panic. You have cameras. Your business signs say 5 am to 10 pm. The doors auto lock at 10pm and lights shut off at 11 pm. Your cameras got that right? I have all calls documented and a picture of your sign all ready to go for the BBB. Why am I afraid to go to a laundrymat now? Something so simple.
