Other places would call Jonny's regular wash an "Exterior Detail" and charge twice as much. They do not do vacuum or clean windows if they are busy, and they usually are busy. However, I had our SUV detailed last there last month. I could have called a "Crime Scene Cleanup" crew or the company that cleans up New Orleans after Mardi Gras. But Jonny's group disinfected, scrubbed it clean and polished it to a diamond finish inside and out. If you have a high value vehicle or just want someone to clean your car better than you would do yourself, this is the place to go.

Overall, the soap water initially was using a pressure spray and water was washed by a water hose (lower pressure). But it was gentler than the machines. They ensure to clean the top of my SUV as well which is nice. The interior windows are also cleaned up so I love that small detail. Total price for a SUV (exterior and interior) cost $35 and I gave tips as extra. They take CASH only. Will come back.

After going back and forth and telling them to call the body shop directly and me picking up another invoice they finally paid me after weeks of going back and forth. I had to rent a car for the day as the truck was my only vehicle. They refused to pay the 1 day car rental. I had been a customer for years and had 2 monthly passes. I will never be back

Immediately after the wash I parked and crawled underneath my vehicle. The entire underside was bone-dry - should have been dripping wet from having been sprayed by water. I spoke with the attendant who said "not my fault, talk to my boss tomorrow; there are better car washes around here". Incidentally, I experienced this exact same situation about 8 or 10 years ago at this same place (Hingham Car Wash). I just expected that this would have been resolved over this long period.
