At first I was shock at the price menu because I have been to another place for approximately $9 less! Since the place I have been going to is under renovation I figured I give this place a try. A little pricey but the touch-less car wash was quick and did the job of getting all the salt off the car. Plus having the guys scrub the wheels and wipe the car dry afterwards was a nice touch. You have the option of doing an automatic car wash or a touch-less car wash for the same price. The difference between the two is a bit confusing. I believe the automatic one has brushes come down to scrub your car whereas the touch-less uses jets to blast soap and water. I'm not a car guy so I can't give you the pros and cons. I just choose the shortest line. Getting into the car wash can be a bit tricky so make sure to get into the right most lane as early as possible when approaching and take it slow so you don't miss the entrance. The signs help guide you in. The weekends usually have a long line so be prepared to wait. We went on Monday at 4 pm and there was only 2 cars in front of us. read more

I'm obsessed with keeping my car clean. I'm one of those people who actually enjoys washing my car, and this place makes me feel like I'm not alone. It's kinda like group therapy, except that no one talks to you (but there are lots of smiles and nods as if to say "nice car"). I love that it's open 24/7 (touchless and self wash bays) and whenever I come, day or night, there are always interesting people and cool cars, all silently bonding over car care. The washes are a little pricey - even the self wash can quickly run up to $10 on your credit card if you're not paying attention. The place is kept clean, there are plenty of bays, and the touchless wash is convenient when I'm in a rush or it's cold outside. The self wash bays have good water pressure, are always in good working condition, filled with soap and don't drip on your car (self washers, you know what I mean). Expect that at least one person will be playing music - it's always different and always interesting but it's all just part of the experience. A few tips: (1) The air dryers in the self wash bays are useless and just waste your money. Bring a towel or microfiber cloth to dry. (2) When you're done with the self wash and push the GREEN button next to the credit card swiper. Pushing the red STOP button only stops the water, not the charge. read more

Convenience is my biggest reason for using this car wash. There is a wait usually but it's to be expected at this location (93N on ramp in opposite direction). There are 7 self wash bays as well as a 24hr touch-less car wash, so you have an option for just about everyone. The prices are reasonable with the highest option at $22. The wash is great and the tire shine is a preferred add on. The hand towel dry at the end is always appreciated. Remember to tip these guys, they always have a joke and they are super speedy. read more

Nearly my whole experience was 5 star but the last 30 seconds ruined EVERYthing. Let me preface with the fact that I park on the side of a very busy street so between the constant stirring of dirt, onset of falling leaves and birds hanging out in the trees along the street, my car was horrendous. I first went to the DIY stall and did a quick rinse followed by a soap presoak and tire cleaner presoak. Then I went around to the TOUCHLESS wash. The guy helped me pay with my card because I was kind of far away from the kiosk and he cleaned my tires while I waited my turn for the wash. It was all wonderful. I enter the wash and it cleans it about as well as a touchless wash is capable. I drive out slowly for the little dryer to do it's thing. Then 2 guys meet me upon exit to dry my windows. What a nice touch! But then it all went horribly wrong. They went straight from drying the windows to wiping on the paint!! My heart sank, I immediately tired to get them to stop! It was too late. Half of my car was clean and microscopically scratched and the other half still has the remaining dirt that was previously not noticeable.... Never in my wildest imagination did I expect someone coming from the touchless car wash needed to clarify not to touch my car... I wish I had done soft touch so the swirls would have been evenly distributed. read more

Had my car "polished and buffed" due to a mistake that was made at their Herbie's location. I still had wax in crevices, and they assured me my paint would be corrected due to the scuffs/scratches only being in the clear coat. False. After a wash or two and some rain, the polish faded away and here we are with scratches/scuffs still in my paint. Derek made an attempt to meet with me, but was conveniently "busy" to meet in person at the time of our meeting. I have had zero follow-up from management to ensure satisfactory service and treatment. I would not recommend this car wash or ANY of their locations. read more

I was sick of looking at my car after the first blizzard, never mind the second and then the third. It was so bad you couldn't even tell it was a black car anymore! Tight for time as always, I decided to zip right into this place since it was literally on the way to another place I had to be in less than 20 minutes. I remember a few years ago, a Hispanic gentleman who worked there was filling my propane tank and lied to me and told me it was $40 dollars to fill up my tank. Because I was new to propane grilling and filling my tank, I didn't know the cost of filling it up, so I stupidly pay him 40 cash. I realized this when I looked at the car wash's website and it says that it is only suppose to cost $19. I remember last summer I got my tank filled again and was only charged $19 dollars. Management should really try to find ways to improve this so rogue employees of theirs don't do this again to anyone else. This car wash uses fresh water for the undercarriage wash unlike others who recycle the dirty water and use for undercarriage. The self wash bays are always well maintained and clean. Both the touchless and regular wash include a hand dry until 7pm. If you become a member you get perks like a free 7th wash and a free wash the day after it rains.(if you washed the day it rained) Some things they can improve on are the spacing between the vacuum stalls. They can also do more managing of the their lot during rush hours. People park all over the place to dry their cars and it only causes traffic. read more

Bought my vehicle brand new, not even 2 months old, went into this car wash, came out with scratches all over my vehicle, some spots have large and long scratches........ stay away from this place if you don't want your vehicle scratched.... The owner keeps telling me it wasn't their car wash that caused the scratches.... They have very bad service not worth of money and my comments as follows: 1. They charge $2 for 5 minutes vaccum and not more than 3.5 minutes as there is no timer ! 2. Before they use automatic sprinkler for shampoo now they through the shampoo by brush . and they are charging $13 3. I love this place! Never had any problems with damage to my car and the employees are always courteous. The price is great, especially if you sign up for their free rewards program - they send out $5 off coupons about every 2-3 months that you can use as many times as you want within the given time. Best thing about the rewards program is that you can use your card for multiple cars. That means you build up your free car washes much faster! I have never used the touch-less wash or the self-serve bays but the automatic wash with the soft cloth dry is fantastic! Highly highly recommend this business. read more

I've been going to Neponset Car Wash for the drive thru service for a few years and I have always been satisfied. I joined their "club" so i get a free wash with every 10 paid washes, not a bad deal. The reason I decided to write a review today is because I had my first experience with the detail shop. I knew I was going to have people in my Grand Cherokee this weekend and everyone was going to be dressed well for a formal event. I have two dogs that are frequently in my car so you can imagine the dog hair mess that has accumulated. I figured I would stop in for an express detail. When I first pulled in the guy working there told me that they usually turn people away with that much dog hair (it wasn't THAT bad) but I convinced him to do his best and I wouldn't hold it against him if some dog hair was left behind. Man am I glad he caved because they did an unbelievable job! I tipped them a bit extra because of the mess and in the end, it was all well worth it. I noticed one negative review because the site says no appt is required. They did push me a bit asking if I had an appt, to which I told them I called about 20 minutes before and was told to come on down. This could be a note to the management, if the site says no appt required, make sure the guys don't turn people away when they just show up. Either that or change the site. Since it didn't effect my experience, I'm sticking with the 5 stars! read more

I'm a big fan of this car wash. I love washing my car myself as I feel that I do a better job then the automatic wash. The foam brush was spewing pink foam like a volcano and the pressure hose worked with a whole lot of pressure. I like that I can use my credit card in the wash stations. They have 7 or 8 wash stations, so don't feel the pressure to rush. I was pleasantly surprised that inside the wash stations they had clips on the walls where you can hang the mats and wash them. I really felt that I got my monies worth. Keep up the good job. read more

On a Totally Rainy day when I was the only one there - the owner sent a worker to tell me to pull farther into the do it yourself wash area because i was blocking.....um NOBODY. So I kindly moved to another totally out of the way, of again....NOBODY. He still didn't want my car being out 3 feet so I could wash some tents - I guess he wanted me to trek across his parking lot - half torn up from construction through the rain, just to be a jerk. So when I refused, he sent his "owner" - or "half owner" over to harass me more, but not before pulling his Black Cadillac SUV to face me and stare for 10 minutes - PSYCHO!. - I guess to intimidate me? When I had a specific question about washing the mats, the guy took over and washed it for me! They went above and beyond in my opinion and my car came out sparkling clean. I made an appt. here right before thanksgiving to get an interior detail. When I showed up for the appt. I was turned away and told I did not have an appt. A week later I was contacted by the company after writing a review about my experience on yelp. The manager Derek was more than apologetic for what happened. Back at Neponset Car Wash (customer appreciation day). Simone (the owner) went out of her way to invite me to come by. The service is always fast and courteous. Had sap that wouldn't come off my windshield. One of the guys that was hand drying the car pulled out a razor to scrape it off. Now that's service. Love their vacuums too. Just washed my car here this morning, and the service was great. Paid for the works wash and went through the tunnel. As the workers were drying out my car on the other side, they noticed the wheels and the side panels were as clean as possible. To my surprise, they sent me around for a second wash for free to further clean the wheels and side panel. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to see how attentive and responsible they were.
