I may have to go back for a pair one day! The jewelry and Clothing was one sale the day we went! 50% off. He sat on the floor and helped my mom try on shoes. This is the type of service that makes me loyal for life. I will go out of my way to find a Rack Room Shoes whenever I need something. I came in on a Friday night , a few minutes before they were going to be closing. The staff greeted me soon as I walked in. I was able to browse around the store. Initially I didn't see anything but I did find a pair of white Sperry slides that were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a second pair at 50% off. No problem. I was pleased with my one pair. They do not accept wallet pay here either. Overall, this was a cool visit. Customer service was friendly at checkout.

I walked in, and everyone was just so helpful. They didn't have my size in either shoe that worked for me, but ordered the right size in both, and didn't ask me to purchase in advance or anything. They called me when they got info on when the shoes would arrive, and updated me when a big storm threw a monkey wrench into the expected arrival date. They really know their stuff, and the staff are super helpful and cheery and good-humored. I walk a lot, and want a good shoe that supports me in all that walking, and I'll be coming back here to buy those shoes when the pair I just bought from them wear out. I went in last week looking for a shirt for my husband to be told that "True Grit" no longer made this shirt and was directed to another shirt which I bought. I did ask if I could return and was told yes. I later looked up True Grit and found that they indeed still made the shirt and I was able to order which I did. When I went to return the shirt I had purchased, I was told that their system did not allow them to put the amount back on my card and I would have to take a store credit. This is not told to me when I asked is I could return and it is nowhere on the receipt that this is their practice. Now I have $300 on a charge card for a $150 shirt. If this is what there policy is, they need to tell you upfront or at the list print on the receipt. They could have offered a cash return knowing I was upset or at least get a new system that will allow them to credit your credit card.
