She has mobility issues and it is challenging getting her into a store. Daniel came out to the parking lot and sat on the ground (in the cold) to measure my mom's foot. She has only been able to wear crocks & slippers. Her feet stay swollen so I wasn't sure what size she was. Daniel patiently assisted my mom into the store. He sat on the floor and helped my mom try on shoes. This is the type of service that makes me loyal for life. I will go out of my way to find a Rack Room Shoes whenever I need something. I liked the shoes my mom tried on so I bought the same style. (Buy one get another at half off) The store has lots of styles & choices. All of the employees were nice.

I came in on a Friday night , a few minutes before they were going to be closing. The staff greeted me soon as I walked in. I was able to browse around the store. Initially I didn't see anything but I did find a pair of white Sperry slides that were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a second pair at 50% off. No problem. I was pleased with my one pair. They do not accept wallet pay here either. Overall, this was a cool visit. Customer service was friendly at checkout.

This place is a gem…read more After being given the run-around at the mall, and sent on a wild goose chase to get the brand of running shoes I wanted, someone finally suggested this place. I walked in, and everyone was just so helpful. They didn't have my size in either shoe that worked for me, but ordered the right size in both, and didn't ask me to purchase in advance or anything. They called me when they got info on when the shoes would arrive, and updated me when a big storm threw a monkey wrench into the expected arrival date. They really know their stuff, and the staff are super helpful and cheery and good-humored. I walk a lot, and want a good shoe that supports me in all that walking, and I'll be coming back here to buy those shoes when the pair I just bought from them wear out. Riverside Runners has made a new customer out of me!

I received a defective pair that was tight and was smaller than the size that I ordered. I immediately contacted the company about the problem and nothing was ever done about it. That right there tells you a lot about a real company. I purchased these shoes back on 6/28/2013 I thought about giving this company another chance and sent them an email about a month ago. I told them that I received a defective pair back in 2013 and that If I purchased another pair, would they work with me. Never received a response back from them. Truly sad for a company these days.
